Angie's List ran a special for window cleaning interior and exterior so I decided to give it a try. Window Works contacted me in a timely manor after the purchase and with a few days scheduled the cleaning. They gave me a time frame when they would arrive and called 15 minutes before showing up. They were well within the time frame and prompt after the notification. They did an excellent job on windows that have not been cleaned for years. They were professional and personable. I am very satisfied overall.

Wow, I am extremely satisfied with Window Works! My screens and windows look like they are new!! I've often thought about hiring someone to clean my windows, especially since I own a 2 story home. Its one chore I loathe. I'm on their schedule for the same time next year, same price. Highly recommended

I chose this company because of the deal they offered and the details of the offer. In the offer, it was specified that they would wipe window sills, tracks and frames. I was disappointed when I got home to see that this was not done. When I contacted them, the response was that they only wipe exposed tracks on the exterior (which did not appear to have been done); on the interior they only wipe up the drips that result from cleaning the windows. The windows and screens were done well but I did not think they completed the job that was offered.

I've used them for three years now, and they're excellent. I highly recommend them. Every year they just honor the price I started with, that they had listed under Angie's List. It was like a $99 type charge. I'm not acurate on this, I want to say 24 windows, any thing above that they would charge an additional fee. They'll do different things. They were excellent and it is family run.
