Description of Work: Vince and Isabela did a fabulous job of cleaning the inside and outside of the windows to a 1 year old home. They did that screen magic thing and my screens look like new. Wow! They also noted that the seal had been broken on two of the smaller windows for the bathroom--I had thought that the window were dirty but that's moisture collecting and drying in between the layers. Warranty should pay for this expensive replacement. Thank you Vince and Isabela for the catch and for saving me even more! Will definitely have them back!

Description of Work: I purchased the ad for &89.00 for 20 windows and SCREENS. However the screens on my house are considered solar?? a screen is a screen is a screen, thus they are NOT included in the price and there is extra charging. They should specify on the coupon representation. I doubt most consumers know there is a difference.

The majority of our customers do know the difference but just to clarify a bug screen covers half of the window designed to keep insects out if you want to have your window open. A sunscreen or solar screen is an accessory to your window. It covers the entire window and is designed to block the sun and keep it cooler in the house. The deal you purchased clearly states sunscreens are not included but can be cleaned for an additional cost. Thank you for your past business. Have a wonderful day.

Description of Work: They cleaned the windows very well but of course since no questions were asked when I booked the appointment, the end cost was double the price of the coupon ($89. for 20 windows). I have 25 windows and several sunscreens and $190 is actually a little high for the job.

Description of Work: They cleaned all windows and screens. It is so worth the money not having to mess with chemicals and those streaks that are just plain impossible to get 100 percent, they did though. What they use is natural, no chemicals, which is important to us. It was done quickly and they are so nice and couldn't have done a better job.
