Response from Window Works LLC
When you purchased our service in November you wanted your windows cleaned before Thanksgiving but because that is our busiest season and we were completely booked. So you asked to be put on the schedule for March 14th when you would be back in town, which we did. Unfortunately our truck broke down that previous weekend and we indeed needed to cancel all our appointments for that day. When we called you that morning you were understanding and said you would call us back to reschedule but we never heard back from you. So yes we did have to cancel "once"....those things occasionally happen in the service industry. We would have rescheduled you that same day but you said you would get back to us.

Description of Work: Team was very considerate....called to let us know they would arrive in thirty minutes. They were quick, efficient and did a good job. It would be helpful if there was an explanation of what constitutes one window. Some of my windows have three panes. Is that one window or three? I was very satisfied with their work and how quickly they worked. Highly recommended!

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for $89. I added extra cleaning for the shade screens and additional windows. One window had caked on mud which they used a scraper to get off the grime. ( which was above and beyond their responsibility ). They were very fast. The windows look great. I will use them again in the fall.

Unfortunately our company has moved further east so we no longer service the Buckeye area as it is now an hour and a half drive for us to get there. Since our move in January, Buckeye is no longer listed as an area we service on Angie's List. Not sure why you think we deserve an "F" rating simply because we do not service your area but have a nice weekend anyway.
