Description of Work: We used this company from Angie's List due to the promotional pricing - 20 windows & screens cleaned for $89. They did a good job of cleaning the windows - but the ad clearly says windows & screens This is misleading & deceptive. It is for specific screens. They only cleaned the windows for that price & wanted an additional $100 to clean our screens. It was really disappointing to have cleaned windows & dirty screens when they were done. This needs to be clearly stated so customers can make informed decisions - we didn't see this difference anywhere in the promotion.

We are glad to hear you were happy with the work we did do. We never recommend putting dirty screens back up on clean windows but we also do not do high pressure sales...we only give you options. Our promotion "does" include bug/insect screens and the ad does and always has stated clearing in the fine print that sunscreens are not included but can be cleaned for an additional cost.
