Vince showed up as scheduled and went right to work. He did a pretty thorough job on all f the areas. At the end he and I inspected the job and he touched up a few items that we saw. After he left, I noted that the window sills could have been done a little better, but overall a good job was done, and they were pretty dirty since it is a new house and our back yard is dirt.

Window works did a great job. I keep asking myself why we did not do this years ago. The windows look amazing and are so clean that at night they look like mirrors. I would use this company again and have already started to suggest them to neighbors and friends.

He did an excellent job, took his time and even cleaned off paint that the painters got on windows. The windows were cleaner than I have ever seen them!

Vince was great. He was also fast without compromising quality of workmanship. I would not hesitate in recommending him, and will be calling on him again.

Awesome experience. Vince called an hour before to say he was on his way. Unfortunately, there was a mixup and he had my old address, but he called and arrived promptly at my new house. When I removed the sunscreens, I was surprised how filthy. Y windows were! Vince did an excellent job and they sparkle like new. I will happily recommend him to others, and will use him again.

Although I was out of town at the time of service, my nephew kept me in the loop. I came home to beautifully cleaned windows even though it has rained a few times since the cleaning. I am happy with the service provided.

They were very flexible, rescheduled because of rain which was no problem for them. It wound up costing a little more than the Angie's Deal because of patio doors but that was explained prior to any work being done. Overall a good experience and I will use them again.

I was preparing to put my house on the market when I noticed all the dirty windows and screens. They looked the same color as my house. I figured I would try and clean them myself so the curb appeal would look better. Bad idea! So I called Window Works to come out and clean them. I spoke with Isabella. She was friendly and prompt when helping me schedule my appointment. She also mentioned they are a family owned company which I thought was pretty cool because I always try and support local businesses. The day they were scheduled Vince called me an hour earlier to let me know that he was on his way as scheduled. This was great due to the fact that I have two small children that are usually napping at that time. When he arrived he was very nice and friendly. I walked him around the property so I could show him the windows. I also pointed out the bird poop on one of the screens that looked like it was baked on from the hot AZ sun. I told him I tried to wash it off with the garden hose “unsuccessfully”. He said he would take care of it. When Vince was finished he asked me to come out and take a look. WOW! I was impressed! Believe me! I run a tight ship and I couldn’t believe how clean the screens and windows were!I could finally open my windows and see out! He even got the bird poop off!!!! I thanked Vince. If I had to do the job myself it would have taken me every bit of a SaturDAY and I still don’t think it would have been as clean. Thank you Vince and Isabella!! I will be referring you to all my friends and family. I am also a real estate agent for Keller Williams and I will be referring Window Works to my clients as well.

Vincent was very professional and a breeze to work with. I am extremely meticulous and he was patient with me as I explained my needs and expectations.
