It went pretty well except for one screen that was too high for him to reach and he said it was a safety issue.

Outstanding service. Very personable. Promotion only applied to windows that were plain jane; i.e.. our front windows had panes and there was a minor upcharge for these individual windows. I believe the cost was an extra $4 per window. This company was professional and very reliable. Before they left, they made sure I was satisfied with their work and answered all my concerns or questions. I would recommend them to everyone and will use them again.

Really quite well, We have solar screens which they removed, treated, as well as regular ones. There were 2 people, worked quite steadily. Basically would give them an A+, however did have to point out a few streaks that they picked up willingly and readily.

Cleaned the exterior of 20 large windows to include 2 large patio doors. The windows and doors hadnot been cleaned in 12-18 months. They did an outstanding job in a short period of time. Totally courteous etc. I will definitely use them again and recommend them.

I was more interested in the gutters so we customized the job to emphasize - very cooperative

Excellent man/woman team doing good work! I bought the $99 deal for 20 windows and paid a little extra to have them do everything. It was well worth it. With their teamwork they did a great job on all my windows in a couple of hours for what would have taken me a couple of days to do myself. I'm already scheduled for my next visit. Best thing is they don't mind coming to an out of the way part of the valley like many vendors I've experienced on Angie's list. These people respond and get it done. I highly recommend.

We were very impressed with the professionalism and results of the job done. Wonderful results. Even used natural product inside house to protect our dog. We now have window cleaners we can use in the future!!!

These people were exceptional! We set them up for bi-annual window cleaning based on the excellent job they did for us. They were thorough, neat and respectful of outside landscaping and interior furniture.

They were very responsive to when I first asked for an appointment after I purchased one of the advertised specials. Even with the holidays being a busy time, they were able to get me scheduled fairly quickly. For the appointment, they were actually able to come earlier than the hour scheduled, and were very efficient in getting everything done.Windows look lovely!

" If you offer something as a promotion you need to be precise as to what you offer" You make a promotional offer because you want to find new customers. Not in order to gain some extra $$$ because of something is not included in the promotional offer. I tend to agree with some of the comments/complaints that has been posted about Windoworks. You don't realy know what they offer when you pay for it. You don't know until just before the work is to start. Their offer said "Screens will be washed" What it didn't say is that SUNSCREENS WASN'T included (we live in Arizona...). SCREENS ment BUG SCREENS ! So the "offer" instantly became 40 % more expensive before the job even started. And Windoworks only refered to their pricelist and bug screens. Will we use them again ? The answer is no and the reason you find above. Otherwise they did a good job but at the same price as our ordinary window cleaners that never argue about cleaning the Arizona sunscreens most people have.

Vince and his wife were fantastic. They were friendly, accommodating and thorough. I would definitely refer them to anyone in need of a window cleaning and will use them again!

Two Window Works staff arrived a little before expected, introduced themselves and how they were going to do what they were going to do. They answered a couple of questions, and went to work. Very efficient and they seemed to have the procedure down to a science. After three hours they were done, we did a walk around, and they offered to check our gutters and clean them for no charge. Our windows look great. We asked them if they would contact us on a regular basis (we chose every six months), to see if we wanted to schedule the service again. Our expectation is that we will be asking them to come around every six months. Finally, they provided us the contact information for related work--we will call the people they recommended. Absolutely no problems--we are 100% satisfied.

Vincent showed up on time and was professional. He looked over the house and determined that the sunscreens would be an additional cost to the Angie's list Big Deal of $99, which include inside and out window cleaning, including bug screens and a light power wash. I expected some additional cost, but I did not expect another $150. For the most part the windows look good. However the bay window in the breakfast area and the door going to the patio were smeared and had residual streaks. I'm not sure if the cleaning pad or cleaner he used was not clean when he did those or if something else went wrong, but the next morning as the sun shined on east side if the house, they were visibly streaked and still dirty in spots. The Big Deal called for a light power wash, which was never performed on the house, nor was it brought up at anytime by Vincent. My wife purchased this Big Deal and I met with Vincent, so I was not aware of this until she asked if it was done. It wasn't, and now I'm in the dog house. All said and done, $250 for window cleaning is high for our home size, especially since the power wash was't completed and several windows are still not clean. I would likely not go to Window Works in the future. For those considering using them, go ahead, but make sure you know what you are getting in advance and be prepared for the upsell if you have sun screens (and who doesn't, this is Phoenix, Arizona!). If there had been some credit for bug screens towards the sunscreens, this would have been a better value and I would have rated it a B instead of a D.

The service was scheduled for 12 days out and when they came out, they counted 28 windows and needed to charge more due to additional windows (French pane). However, the cost quoted ended up being a total of $325.00 instead of $99.00. While I expected to have to pay more, I did not expect them to more than triple the cost when they arrived. It was on a Saturday and unfortunately unless the price was way higher, they didn't really want to do the work unless there was a massive profit in it for them. In trying to decide if they wanted to do maybe just half the house (plus an additional $50.00 for having to do screens), the wife said they really didn't have time for me to decide as they were really busy. What great customer service! Make a customer wait 2 weeks, then triple the amount of the Angies List deal, and then tell you they don't really have time for you to think about it. I would give them half a star if I could. They wasted my Saturday and make me wait two weeks only to quote me more than triple the amount for a normal 2,100 square foot house.

Overall a very good experience. I would not hesitate to recommend them and plan to use them again in the future. Vince was out for 4 hours and really worked hard. I paid $99 for a special promo and definitely received my money's worth. After arriving and inspecting my house Vince offered a few optional services. To his credit he used a low-pressure approach. I opted to add a sliding door and a few extra windows, the options added up to a very reasonable $28. FYI: My house is 2-story, about 2700sf, and has about 25 windows. I really appreciated that they fit me in during a very busy time, during the week of Thanksgiving - on a Sunday no less. Communication with the office and with Vince was always prompt and courteous. Next time I will ask to be scheduled early in the day when the sun is shining on my most prominent windows. I can see now how much harder it is to discern quality issues in fading light. When my wife and I woke up in the morning the flaws we had not seen the evening before became very noticeable. That being said overall I remain very happy. Our windows had not been cleaned in years and I could see firsthand how hard Vince worked on our windows. I don't doubt his commitment to high quality at all - I think it was just a factor of the fading light making it harder to see. A couple of very minor suggestions regarding professionalism and appearance: while your shirt did have the company name on it, I think that a polo-type shirt with a much more prominent logo would look much better (just my opinion!). I also think you are doing yourself a disservice by not driving a wrapped vehicle. This is a golden opportunity to advertise to my neighbors which vendor I trust to clean my windows. And both the shirt and wrapped vehicle help to convey credibility and quality. Again, to summarize, I am happy with the work performed and will use them again in the future.

Great job! Vince and Isabella made my windows sparkle-they arrived early, were extremely professional and courteous. Highly recommend and I plan to use their service quarterly.
