Vincent and his crew showed up on time, were extremely courteous and professional. They explained the process and went to work and did a fabulous job. I was encouraged to inspect and request touch ups if needed. I will definitely be using them on a routine basis. My windows were in the worst possible shape due to not having been cleaned for a while. The last service I hired did fewer windows, only the outsides, charged extra for the screens and charged more. My windows have never looked this good! I'll add that I am a new fan of Angie's list. I've hired 3 companies and have been totally satisfied with all services.

The people were very nice but they wanted to charge an additional $4 per window to take off and clean sunscreens (extra $206 total).

I like that they cleaned the gutters too. They did a good job. The problem I had is with their scheduling. I couldn't get an appointment after 11 AM and I am an afternoon person. That day they cancelled because of the rain. They couldn't reschedule for the afternoon and they couldn't make it after 11 AM. Then they ended up coming at 10 AM. They had called me and left the message at 9 AM that morning. I didn't get the message and my housemate and I were not ready when they showed up 1 hour early. Their scheduling didn't work for me at all. Other than that, they were professional and they did good work. I have a lot of windows and several slider doors because I have an addition (guest suite) on my house where the housemate is staying. I paid extra on top of the $99 big deal for more than 20 windows ? 25 count. There weren't any other expected issues. I would use them again because the other provider I had was not available. They said they would offer the discount to me again and if they do, I will use them again.

It went very well. The crew was early and it was refreshing to work with someone that was punctual like that. They were very pleasant to work with and informative of what they were doing. They worked HARD! The windows on this home haven't been cleaned for awhile and with the Arizona dust they were in terrible shape. After they were done, Vince discussed with us how the work went and what they noticed as far as shape of our windows and screens. The house looks great. We were very happy with the service and the price and will definitely be calling on Vince and Isabell for future work.

They did a good job. They were very nice and responsive. They were good at scheduling. The day we were originally scheduled for it rained and they called and canceled and scheduled us for another day. It was right before Christmas and they were very busy so the rainy days were making it difficult to figure out how to fit people in but they fit us in the next saturday and arrived when they said they would. I thought they handled that situation well. They also called to let us know they were on their way. When they arrived they were nice and got straight to work. The windows looked great when they were done. Vincent also took the time to explain to us something about one of our windows which we had no idea and didn't even realize so that was nice. The deal that I purchased said it included a free gutter cleaning but I do not think that was done. That was not a big deal since we only have gutters in the back and I do not think they really needed cleaned. We would recommend them and will use them in the future. Also, there was no pressure for anything and no additional costs. That is the right way to do business. Just be helpful, do a good job and people will come back. That is exactly what Vincent and Isabella did. Thanks!

They did a great job and were fast on on time. But they have a differentiation between different types of screens so there was an additional charge I wasn't expecting. I suggest calling them first to clarify your screens before purchasing the deal.

Vincent was about ten minutes early. Introduced himself, went over plan and appointment. Severe expenses. He then toured windows and gave final estimate. He also gave approximate confirmation time.

The person that turned up was customer centric. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and gave us some advice. He was great. His colleague was hardworking and got the job done. There was an extra expense because the screens we have are a different material. He took me to his firm and explained to me the chemicals he was using. I have no complaints and I would use these guys again. He called us and my wife scheduled a convenient time and they came at a time we agreed to.

It was fine. I had to add another 45 dollars because I had more windows. They did a good job. They didn't leave a mess or anything like that. They just added for the extra windows and I had a sliding glass door which they added too. They did inside and out and they took the screens off and all of that. I was very pleased. They were very pleasant to deal with. They got on with the job and they were very polite. They were friendly and careful. They went above and beyond. I had a sofa bed that was too heavy for me to move from one corner of the room to the other and they moved it. I was very pleased with that.

It was fantastic. Great providers. Very Professional. They were able to be flexible enough to reschedule when we needed to reschedule. They showed up on time and absolutely rocked it. They washed all of the windows starting outside and working through the inside, brushed off the screens, and power washed the dirt off the back of the house and back patio. I will definitely use these guys again.

Excellent experience from scheduling to service completion! I was needing a specific day to coordinate with a house move and they readily and easily accommodated me! The windows and all had clearly been neglected and really needed lots of care. They arrived on time, jumped into the task, and did a more thorough and excellent job than I have ever experienced! The fair pricing to accommodate my several sliding glass doors could not have been more customer friendly. I will use again and highly recommend them! Goodbye prior vendors, hello Window Works.

This 3 person team was first-rate! On time, very efficient, honest, and did a great job all around. Maybe they were so energized because I was the first client of the day, but they did all their work in about 1/12 hours. I highly recommend Window Works, will use them in the future myself, and am pleased that I used their services!

Vince was great. He was responsive from the original purchase, to getting the date scheduled and even called when he was on his way as we requested. In addition, and what I really liked, was that he provided suggestions about what we may want to do next time regarding the maintenance and upkeep of our gutters, but did not try to upsell. Because of that, I'm much more likely to recommend Vince and his team to my neighbors.
