I remembered after they left they didnt clean the gutters. I was a little surprised they charged an additional $44.00,, over the "$99.00" Deal. They did a great job on our windows, both in & outside.

Vince & Isabella had to reschedule (due to rain on the scheduled). Vince was very accommodating and was able to meet a very tight time schedule we had with other projects going on that same week. On the day of service, we had some initial "miscommunication" issues about scope of service. We all quickly came to agreement and gently revised our cleaning plan around it; not a problem. There was pre-existing spotting/calcification on some of the windows, but Vince was good to explain why that was and thoroughly explained the extra work that would be required to fully remove the spots. Again, communication was the key and I was pleased that he took the time to explain it to me. They worked hard and in the end the windows & screens looked much better. Very happy with their service.

The job was very nicely done. I am very happy. They are a married couple who work hard and do a very nice job. My windows are still clean almost a month later.

Vince and Isabella arrived promptly at the scheduled time, reviewed the work to be done with me and then got right to work. I hadn't cleaned the exterior of my windows in years and didn't realize how truly dirty they were until they were cleaned; what an amazing transformation! The windows and screens looked great and there was no mess left behind; even the patio furniture that had to be moved out of the way was back in place. It took less than 2 hours for them to clean 20 windows and screens; including 2 big sliding glass doors and security screens. I couldn't have asked for more from Vince and Isabella and I'll definitely be using them again.

Results were excellent: windows crystal clear, screens cleaned and conditioned! There was a reasonable additional charge for my two sets of sliding doors. I will definitely do business with them again!

Easy to schedule. Arrived as predicted. Went over the "deal" agreement to explain the work before beginning. Performed the work efficiently. Vince and Isabella were professional, friendly, efficient, and thorough.

The people were very nice and worked very hard. There was some misunderstanding on the cost. I did the $99 deal, but from the app on my phone and I didn't see the extra charges for more windows and that it didn't include screens, so we ended up paying more to get those done. Aside from the price misunderstanding, their work was very good and I would use them again.

he was flexible when we had to reschedule. They arrived on time, did the work without a fuss, and left us with wonderfully clean windows.

Frankly, the couple who run the business were very accommodating with the scheduling. They were busy and they worked with us well to set up the window washing. When the man arrived to do the work, we got an up-sale. The work could not be done for the price paid for this reason or that. This is yet another lesson in reading the fine print assuming there was any fine print. I did not have a computer to check while I was navigating the start of the job. It is clear that he'd had this conversation 100 times before, so I know there must be an issue. You'd think they make it more clear that there are common conditions that make the window cleaning more expensive than the special. Our condition was that we have screens that had to be unscrewed instead of being pulled out. That has to be common, no? We had already paid for the service, so we went ahead and paid the extra, as well, 4-8 dollars per window extra, and for a whole house that added up. I'm not happy with myself for giving in, but I felt trapped and that I could lose the money we already spent. ) The work was done well, not great. He was fast (even though he had to "unscrew" several of the window screens) and not completely thorough since he had more jobs to do that day and they had already squeezed us into the schedule. We paid about $175 an hour for the job. That's outrageous when I think of it. Angie's List has some quality company's, but it's still a world of buyer beware, so beware, my friends, beware.

This is a family owned operation. We felt that they worked diligently and did a good job. We have a relatively large house with large windows.The team were on time and finished in under two hours. The sun screens were not included in the Great Deal price so we were charged an additional $4.00 per screen as they also treat the sun screens with a kind of lubricant/cleaner. The sliding patio doors were also not included so were an extra which is why the price went up from $99.00 to $164. This was clearly stated in the original contract and so was our decision to add on these extra tasks.

They did not leave a mess on my patio! Yea!!! When I've had my windows done before, the service has left streams of dirty water that create a mess on my patio. This service left the patio clean, free of ugly puddles and streams of dirty water on my patio. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and were highly professional throughout. I am satisfied and I plan to use them again. This relieves a big headache for me, because I don't like to have to clean up after the cleaners leave, and now I don't have to. (They also wear booties inside the house, so I didn't have to worry about my rugs.) This makes me very happy, and is an important way to keep my home and outdoors the way I like it. Thank you Vince, Austin and Isabella! (They also overlooked the fact that I got the date mixed up; I think they are nice and easy to work with. Plus, I would trust them unsupervised in my house.)

Best window washers ever! Prompt, courteous, hard working and excellent results. I would absolutely use Window Works again!

Great job...would call again for future window cleaning

Windows were good, gutters were okay but tracks at bottom were nowhere near clean.
