Excellent!! I have a large 2 story house and bought the 140.00 special. When Isabella and Vincent got here they counted up how many windows and screens I had and then told me how much extra it would cost. It was more than fair. They worked as a team efficiently and did a fantastic job. They were professional, helpful and friendly. I will for sure be using them again and will recommend them to my friends!

They were great! I have double windows and in order to get to both sets you have to remove the sliding pane which is a lot of extra work. The cleaned all of the screens as well. They were very professional and extremely nice to work with. I will be using them again.

The owner/operators showed up right on time. They were very friendly and personable. They went around the outside of the house to count the windows and examine screens. We were pleasantly surprised when their count was less than ours (we thought the bay window would count as 4 separate windows - they counted them as two). Because the sceens hadn't been cleaned for almost 3 years, they suggested their combination cleaner and conditioner for an additional cost of $59, which we thought was reasonable. It took them about 1-1/2 hours to remove, clean and replace the screens, and clean the windows and patio door inside and out. They were professional and friendly throughout. We'll definitely use them again.

The sun shining through the windows is the final test, but I think it was a cloudy day. Several of the upper windows have broken seals, so it is always a disappointment when the sun is shining. For an extra charge Vince could apply a treatment to the screens which actually visually makes them disappear. He did this to several screens free of charge. He and his assistants were very quick and returned everything as it was before.

We have tried several different companies to clean windows and screens, but this was by far the best experience. Their prices are reasonable for the level of service they provide. They took down all the screens to clean them (surprisingly, not all companies include this service), and cleaned the sills, tracks and frames. Our windows and screens were sparkling when they finished and we can now leave our windows open without cringing at the dirt accumulated during dust storms!

Team arrived on time, looking and acting very professional. They walked the outside, trimmed a few feet of some bushes I was was working on to get them out of the way, and went to work. The screens on the sliding doors were very dusty, and they did a great job on them as well as the windows. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

I had a $99 special offer from Angie's List. Paid a bit more than that since I have more windows than the offer covered, but it was still a very fair price for all they did. The two-person team arrived on time, and did a very thorough job.

They were timely in providing the service. They arrived when they said. They were polite and easy to have around, and their service was good. While talking afterward, I happened to notice a place on the window. He could see that I was noticing something, and he took care of it right away. Other than that...which was truly almost nothing...the windows were spotless. They will be contacting us in six months for a follow up at the same price. We will be regular customers of theirs. I would definitely recommend them.

Windows Works was very punctual and professional and did a good job!

Window Works did a great job. We have a two-story house with sun screens. They took off the screens and put them back on when they were done. We didn't have to do that which, at our age, was great. Since their deal included only 20 windows, they asked us what windows we wanted done. Then they got right to work. Whatever they used on the window to clean them was a great product as the windows were the cleanest they've ever been. We were willing to pay more to have them do the sun screens, but they said they don't do them. Sure wish there was a window cleaning service that did. They were a little late in arrival time. But we had the feeling that they were a distance away and getting to and in our development can be tricky.

There was a prompt response to my request for service. The day of service I was called 30 minutes notifying me prior to their arrival. Upon arrival they looked over my house and listened to what I thought were special problems ( I have a two story house). They had all equipment necessary. My concerns were not problems! Vince works with vigor and energy! My windows are clean. My home is brighter. I am glad I chose these professional window cleaners!

I responded to requests for information and sent Window Works the home address and my contact information, but they showed up at a different home (the one on file with Angie's List). After they went to the incorrect home we were in contact with one another. The girl at the office stated that if I want them to come out again, I would have to pay the full price, not the Angie's List price. She stated that they never received my emails with the corrected address and phone number and therefore was considered a no show and out of luck unless I could show them proof that I sent the address and phone number. I found that to be completely unprofessional and want my money back. If there was a miscommunication, on either end, Window Works could have offered to come back out to the correct location, and perhaps just charged a small fee for the return trip. But they want an additional 150.00 which is completely ridiculous.

The oners were prompt and did an excellent job. I would recomend Window Works to anyone needing their services. AAAA+

They were clean, friendly, quit. I have not one complaint. I think they are amazing, I like them both. I would use them again.

They arrived on date and time scheduled. Work was done efficiently and well done. However I was disappointed in their oversight of the cleaning the window runners. I should of checked closer but just assumed the runners would look as good as the windows and screens. I would use them again but make certain the cleaning of the runners is part of their service.
