Vince and Isabella were absolutely fantastic! They were very punctual, professional, knowledgeable, and fit right into our budget for the project. They offered suggestions and information about the care of our sunscreens.... just wonderful to work with. We will definitely be using them on an annual basis to keep our sunscreens clean and in good condition.

Window Works was on time and looked professional. They immediately assessed the number of windows and since we had more than twenty windows, we payed for the extra windows. They immediately went to work and completed the windows within a reasonable time. They did an excellent job.

Outstanding work! Our outside windows had been neglected for some time. Vince and Isabella had them sparkling, including removing some hard water deposits on two windows which we had been told by another company a few years ago could not be removed. They arrived on time and worked hard the entire time. We cannot say enough about their professionalism, work ethic, and pleasant personalities. We will have them come back again and will highly recommend them to anyone contemplating having their windows washed.

What a great team! They arrived on time and got right to work. After about an hour my 19 windows were sparkling and my home had a completely different feel. I'll definitely be adding this business to my annual or semi-annual cleaning routine. Definitely worth every penny!

Both of the providers were extremely punctual and professional. I have no complaints about their comportment because they were pleasant and informative. The windows in my house had not been cleaned in a while and will therefore give the window washers the benefit of the doubt for leaving streaks behind. I did not realize there were streaks left until they left and I happened to see one of the windows from a different angle (looking at the windows straight on, they looked clean).

The owner, Vincent showed up at my home on time with his wife and son. They were very nice and professional. Everyone knew what their job was so they were very organized no time was wasted. I saved their card and will definitely used them again.

They did a great job with the windows. I was pretty sure that the description on the work that would be performed stated they would clean the tracks as well but these folks did not. When I asked about how to clean them, they gave suggestions but didn't even act like it was part of their job. So, I felt like it was a little misleading. The reason I purchased the special they had going on was specifically to get my window tracks cleaned. The storm door I paid an extra $12 for was not completely cleaned. There was still dust on it so not as thorough and I expected. I know they provide the special in hopes to getting more work; unfortunately, I had just put new sun screens on so they did not need any cleaning/conditioning. They seemed a little disappointed when I told them that.

Were originally scheduled for a month earlier, however due to family emergency, we had to cancel and re-schedule. This provider was very accomodating. Reminder calls were received, and staff were friendly and professional.

We would definitely hire Window Works again. We found Window Works to be prompt and professional and thorough in cleaning all of our Windows and screens.
