Excellent job from Vince & Isabella of Window Works. They are efficient, hard workers and get the job done quickly. They leave your windows sparkling clean inside and out. The product they use on the sunscreens to clean/preserve them leaves them looking like new. Highest praise for this service .. A+

Company showed up promptly at 8:52 for our 9am appointment, and knocked on the door (did not ring the bell). I have video footage from my courtyard of this. They did not call my cell phone to tell me they had arrived. We have no gate code, so visitors dial our last name on the callbox and it calls my cell phone so I can let them in- this company did not do that despite instructions to do so- so I never received a call from the guard gate to know they were here either. We have a large 6,000sq foot house so knocking on the door is insufficient unless you are standing right next to it. My husband and I were home eating breakfast and could have easily answered the door had we known. I emailed at 9:31am- "Hello, a team was supposed to be at my house at 9am this morning to clean the windows. Can you please check on the status?". Their response was that they waited for 10 minutes (true, I checked the cameras), called multiple times (false), and rang the doorbell several times (false- with video record to prove) and now had moved on to their next house and wouldn't be able to come back, that it was too late for me. I suggested this was unprofessional, and further asked that when the company came back on a future date that they send a different person who would RING the doorbell and have at least a 2-man team since the house is so large. Their response to this was simply rude- "That person was my husband, the owner. He is far from unprofessional and incompetent. He has been doing this for many years and knows exactly what he is doing. Our company is one of the highest A-rated window Cleaning companies in Phoenix on Angie’s List and we didn’t get there by being unprofessional and incompetent. He called you at 7:44 AM and left a voicemail. He rang the door bell 3 times and then started knocking as well as yelling into the back yard. Our appointment was scheduled to arrive between 8 and 9 AM so you should have been expecting someone. We don’t normally travel long distances unless we talk to the customer in the morning to confirm someone will be there when we arrive. But he went anyway because it’s a busy day and he didn’t want to fall behind. Another worker was planning on meeting him there. At this point I don’t feel our company is a good fit for you. Thank you. Have a nice weekend.".... I think they were just busy, saw how many windows we had, and didn't want to perform the service. I stand by my assessment that they are unprofessional. I ended up having my windows cleaned by Angies List company CDI Professional Window Services and was more than pleased with their service (best window cleaning I've had in 10yrs in fact)- go with them instead of this company!

They did a very good job on the window cleaning. After they left I could see a few minor corners that were missed or a smudge here or there, but overall it was great work. Note - we hadn't had the windows professionally cleaned in 15 years so they were AWFUL! They were not able to remove some of the hard water stains where the windows had been splashed over the years. It would be nice if they offered that as a service for an extra fee. They were very professional, on time, wore booties when they moved inside to keep the floors clean and overall I am very pleased. The "before" pictures I've attached are after they already cleaned the outside of the windows, so the grey film is all dirt on the inside. The "after" pictures show the results after both inside and outside were cleaned. They had to do all these windows on ladders and did a great job maneuvering around our furniture.

The windows were very streaky an not clean when I was able to see them a few days after they were cleaned. I sent an email letting them know that I was dissatisfied. After over a month I still have not heard back from anyone.

The pricing was very fair and given the quality of the work that was performed, they were WELL worth every penny. There customer service skills were outstanding. Quick, fast and efficient with a very reasonable price. We have used them 3 times and same price each time. We highly recommend them.
