They called the morning of and let me know they would be arriving at the agreed upon time. They arrived promptly at 8:00 am. They first counted the windows and screens and let me. I was informed that they would remove the screens on the french door and front door, but these would be extra. None of the other cleaners I've used have ever offered to do this. This added $24.00 to the cost of the deal I purchased, but the screens look great. They finished within an hour and a half and the windows are fantastic.

Not good at all- they broke my sliding glass door and couldn't put it back together again. I have to call a service to fix my sliding glass door. *Not able to recall of their service date but it was sometime this year 2015

They are super responsive, I think they responded to my appointment request within minutes of submitting and they showed up on the agreed upon date and time. Upon arriving, they did a walk around to evaluate the job - I was honestly expecting some additional fees because I was not sure if they would include my sliding glass (Arcadia) doors as a window...but they did not have any extra charges and they even included the screen on my front security door. They were very polite and kept to the task at hand, they split up the work so they made efficient use of time. I have 10 windows, all but 3 have bug screens and 2 sliding glass doors. Some of my windows are quite large and counted as more than 1 window, so I think the final count was 17 - which was ok with me since the coupon was for up to 20. My windows were REALLY dirty, and I am taking that into account. Upon their completion, I looked around and thought the windows and screens look great! I can now see out my windows and through my screens and with the exception of a few drips on one window, no complaints. I liked the fact that (although I did) I didn't have to take down curtains and they didn't need to remove the blinds to clean the windows, so that was nice - for both of us because some of them, I am not even sure how to take them down. :) My disappointment is that they advertised they wiped the sills, tracks and frames....this is an area where they did not do a good job at all; most all of the tracks have "mud" in the corners, and I don't think they actually wiped the sills, because if I go over the sills with a Clorox wipe, it has dirt on it. The frames on the windows (between the window and the screen) and screen frames are still undeniably dirty - there was definitely no contact with a rag. I think they believe they delivered, they don't seem like people who set out to do the bare minimum, and I may have had higher expectations than the coupon allowed. I was expecting the screens, frames and tracks to be free of dirt and debris - which is the part of window cleaning I dislike the most and the main driver of hiring someone. I have hired window cleaners in the past and this is what they delivered, so I was expecting the same - just at a bargain price because I pre-paid, this service was $50 less than another company I used. If I need someone to come and literally clean my windows and screens, I would hire them again no question - the windows and screening do look great.

Window Works is an excellent Company! This husband and wife team are a pleasure to work with...they are prompt,friendly and efficient...and my windows look great!

This family owned business is great! I originally contracted with them to wash the windows in a house we are selling. I was so impressed that I asked them to wash the windows in our own home. Will definitely contact them again!

Called to say he was running early. Professionally dressed in uniforms and marked vehicle so that I would know it was Window Works having full access to the house. Cleaned all screens and dusted tracks and all windows both sides. Laid down towels to catch the drip and was very careful with household items. I was impressed with them rescreening a screen that was damaged by my dog and notifying me of any windows where condensation occurred inside by a broken seal. This was usually caused by heat. Very professional by both.

This husband and wife team are super cleaners! First they went around my odd schedule without any angst and remained cheerful. When they came they were neat and tidy and looked extremely professional. They first did all the screen removals. I have security shutters built in and I opened all of those as they are so old and then they did the inside and outside as a team. It was fast, efficitent and they did an amazing job. They also only use natural product on the windows which I particularly love as I had TB. They were so good that they are going to be my window cleaners on an every other month or so contract. I love these people. I would not want to have to use anyone else. Best window cleaners ever!!

When the folks arrived and calculated the cost of doing all of our windows it was over $300! One reason is that if you have windows with panes, they calculate 4 panes= 1 window. This is likely common in the industry so I don't fault this company for that. I do believe some notes on this in descriptions of special offers, or just what a service provides, would allow customers to avoid ticket shock when they find out how little is covered by an offer. We came to agreement to have them do about 70% of the windows and screens for $220, and we did the rest. I will say our crew was very friendly and professional and did work with us to bring the price down. The only issue I had with quality is that they did not have equipment(which we had and would have let me use) to reach the absolute top of a few windows so they came out spotty and because they did outside and then insides but didn't recheck, many windows were smudged.

Was more expensive than my usual guy with a coupon from Angies list. They were very nice and professional, but there are several smudges on widows.

Went very well. They came and did exactly what asked and when it came to the additional windows (in addition to the Angie's list deal that I purchased), the extra windows were not exceptionally more expensive. He explained how a couple of our windows have some moisture in them (expected over time). I would hire them again.

My purchase was immediately confirmed and they were ready to schedule a date for service. I received a phone call, then email reminders regarding my purchase and the need to schedule an appointment. I wanted to wait until after pending storms came through; they were patient and accommodating. They were professional and respectful of my home/property. They did an awesome job and I will use them again before the holidays.

Received call for arrival 1/2 hour ahead.Team arrived went to work no issues . My windows look great. I am absolutelyhappy.

Superb. They cleaned all the windows with a simple vinegar and water solution. No chemicals, no fumes. They were neat, courteous, respectful of my time and my property. This is an excellent family business and I will be proud to continue support them.

Great experience--team showed up on time and did a great job on what were admittedly some extremely filthy windows. They even suggested and cleaned the garage windows, which I didn't even consider!

I bought their voucher for $99 with the hopes that they could get to it before a party this spring. It didn't work out. They reached out to me in July to encourage me to use it. I had forgotten. They did such a great job that I ran into the screen on the sliding glass door. HA! I booked them to come again for spring cleaning and to power wash the house.

they were very prompt and didn't even take 2hrs they wore shoe booties when they did the interior were very neat and clean.and professional.

This husband & wife team did an excellent job of cleaning inside and out our 20 windows. They were very nice but also professional. They did a wonderful job in spite of 110 degree weather. We will definitely use them again.
