It was awesome this family owned business is the greats they came introduced themselves and went right to work. Took all the screens off brushes them to removed dirt washed them. while they dried they brushed down all the cobwebs on the outside windows cleaned and wiped down all the window sills. I will have them come back again as soon as my windows are in need of a good cleaning.

He was fast, efficient, professional. He pointed out scratches on a newly installed 10ft glass door we had just purchased. Without his help we may not have seen the scratches until much later. So we thank him for his help. I'd use him again.

Window Works showed up on time and did the job well. They washed all my windows and screens and didn't charge extra for a two story home. My windows were really dirty and they looked so much better when they were finished. A job that would have taken me all day was completed by them in a few hours. I will definitely hire them again.

No it did not go okay. Bad. F. The price didn't make a difference. They didn't call back. It'd be a month, their too busy. So just F.

They were good. They showed up on time. They did what they said they were going to do. I didn't have any problems with them at all. They were fine. They did what they were supposed to do. I thought their price was good. I just very seldom give anyone an A unless they're way outstanding.

Window Works arrived promptly at the time they confirmed and did a great job cleaning our interior and exterior windows as well as conditioned our window screens and cleaned our window sills. I would definitely recommend them and have plan to use them in six months to clean the exterior windows.

Vinve and Isabella are a very pleasant couple. They washed the inside and outside windows of our two story house. They did an excellent job. I would rd recommend them to everyone.

I first spoke with Window Works on December 1st. They responded to a message I sent them asking for a price quote. At the end of the call we agreed that they would come out to my condo on December 18th, confirm a price for me over the phone, then do the work. On Friday the 11th they messaged to say they were going to go out and try and get it done that day instead of the original date. They went to the condo, decided they couldn't fit the job into the schedule that day and said they'd come back and try for the 14th. Today, the 14th, they email to say they can't do it today due to the rain (which is understandable) but can't fit me in for the rest of the month. They apologized but offered NO RESPONSE when I asked about my original scheduled date of the 18th. I asked multiple times and they ignored it each time, failing to address why my original date would not work. I needed to get the windows cleaned by the end of the month due to a move out and now all other vendors I have contacted are booked out. The operators of this business have proven themselves to be unreliable so I would caution any potential customers to be wary of what this company says it will do.

Arrived early after calling first. Walked around house to count the windows. Twenty windows were to be done for $89. Last year a different company did this same service thru Angie's list, same fee, same number of windows. Imagine my surprise to find I'd gained 7 additional windows since last year!! And was ask to pay over 50% more, $58, to clean them! I was told they count windows differently that my previous cleaner. This is the second time I have experienced "up selling" in purchasing a service. The last time for each service there were no additional fees, but now for the same service, same house, additional fees are requested. I questioned the screens not being washed, but brushed. I was told washing ruins screens and does not get the dirt out, they put a conditioner on them. I would not recommend this company.

really nice people came out. Did not realize until after they left that the tracks were not cleaned. If I had checked it they would have been happy to clean them

Window works was prompt in responding to my Big Deal purchase and worked with me to achieve an appointment time and date that fit my needs. They called the night before to confirm, arrived exactly on time and after looking over the layout and windows that needed to be done, got right to work. The windows are spotless and the screens are clean and in much better shape than before. They even pointed out a small problem with one of the window seals. The were careful of our home and belongings -- wore protective foot coverings and left the home in great shape ... no drips, no runs, no errors! Fabulous!

great except you have to open your windows for them to wipe and clean out the sills. once i did that, they took over.

Windows and screens are sparkling after a summer of monsoon dust. Window Works couple arrived on time and were very thorough in their attention to detail. This is an awful job and I'm so glad they relieved me of the task this year. I'll certainly use them in the future and we have set a date for same time next year. Very pleased.

They were very professional and overall did a good job. They offered to walk the house with me before they left, but I was in a hurry and past on the offer. My mistake. We found several streaks and missed spots, but again, I'm sure they would have done whatever touch up we requested at no additional cost if we had just taken the time to walk the house with them. I would definitely recommend Window Works, but would also recommend inspecting their work before they leave.

Very responsive when making the appointment. Showed up on time and got right to work. Cleaned all windows and sliding door screens. Was very impressed and would use them again.

This is the second time I have used this company for my windows. They show up on time and do a good job for a fair price.

I wrote a review right after this company had been to my home but wanted to do a follow up. As stated in the last review at the time of service Vince was very responsive to my pointing out missed areas. However, I had to go around the entire house checking and rechecking as some areas were still not done. They were extremely expensive, over $50 more than I've ever paid and this was a discount deal. As time has gone on my windows are covered with wipe smudges. I wish I could upload a photo, it's that bad. I can see every wipe they made. Also, Vince said he used something on my screens to "recondition" them. The screens are covered in lint and hair from my cat. That has never happened before. They were very nice, professional, and punctual but the long term results are the worst I've ever experienced. Normally I have the windows done twice a year and it's because of the dust on the outside. I highly recommend to stay away from this company.
