I purchased the 99.00 dollar window cleaning deal. The cleaners showed up on the day and time they were supposed to. They quickly went to work and spent around two hours. We had two screens, plus an extra window, so the price was slightly more. They were very understanding of our moving the dogs around as they worked. The windows look great, and they use a natural cleaner for the inside, which is good if you are sensitive to strong cleaners. Very pleased with this service.

Seemed like a nice guy but this was just a Bad Idea. It did not go well and they left after starting the work. My 17 year old was home when they arrived. This was prepaid. Within 10 minutes they called me to say the deal was $99 for 20 windows but two of my doors are not included. The cost for those two doors would be $28 extra? "Please skip the doors", was my response. 20 minutes later, apparently their definition for a window is a single pane of glass. My three front windows are three panes wide and I have two rear windows of same variety. They wanted to add at least another extra for 10 more windows. This was really aggravating and unfortunately predictable. My definition of a window is not a single pane and the add did not say stained, clear, frosted, big, little, single, double, triple, short, or tall. It said Standard Window, which to me means a window in my house. Standard to them means a particular type. I was not being polite or gentle when I said, "Look, either clean the windows or leave!" They left. Waste of time, messed up my morning, but hey, saved me a $99, right?!

Great I plan to use this team again and again. They are just St fun, energetic, super people to work with.

Vince and Isabella were prompt in their response to my purchase and very accommodating when I had to reschedule the work more than once. They were extremely courteous, efficient and very hard working while accomplishing the task of cleaning the excessively dirty windows. Months of on and off construction had left them in a terrible state. They are very professional and deserve the high praise and recommendations they have received on Angies List. I will definitely use them again.

They arrived right on time and were very pleasant and professional. We walked through the house together to discuss the windows to be cleaned. They were thorough and even removed some sticky residue from 2 windows that was left over from some old temporary blinds. I was very pleased with the quality of the job and would definitely use them again.

Washing windows is a challenge in Arizona with the dry air and my husband and I just didn't want to DIY again only to be disappointed in the results. Vince and his wife Isabella arrived a little early and did a fabulous job! They were professional, neat, and very efficient. They completed the work in a little over an hour and our windows look like new. Would definitely use them again.

Not good at all. I asked for a quote for our house and stated the majority of our windows are over-sized. The quote I received was just a recap of their current window promotion and left it to me to figure out the final cost I would be charged. Unacceptable since I like to know what the cost is before I start a job. After explaining this issue to Window Works, and said I could not go ahead with them because of this style of quote, I was politely told: "No problem - Have a wonderful week :-) " My only take from this message is they really don't want to come to your house unless there is a sale involved.

Three personnel arrived at the scheduled time, utilized simple biodegradable cleaners, worked for about an hour, and did an excellent job. They communicated with me before performing the work, told me what they were going to do, and completed the job fast and exceedingly well

What they did was quite good. The only problem that I had was, they said it was for 30 windows, but once they got here they counted one window that was 12 inches by 8 inches the same as a window that was 5 feet by 6 feet. I ended up for these tiny windows, paying more. The big deal was for $100 and I paid $125. I wouldn't have been upset about the price, but I live in a one story house. There aren't 30 windows, and they counted these windows that were only a foot wide and seven inches tall. Counting that as the same as my windows in the living room was ridiculous. There were a couple of windows that I didn't have them do, because I wasn't going to pay that much extra for tiny windows. They said that I had 32 windows and the deal only covered 25. I got the feeling that this is what they do all of the time. They did a good job, it was like a bait and switch. I didn't like the other stuff. The quality of the work they did was very good, the pricing that I paid, I felt like I was manipulated. They were prompt. The bait and switch was unprofessional. It would have been nice to know upfront about the cost.

We were originally scheduled for January 5. Vince called and asked if we'd like to reschedule as rain was forecasted for that day. We were happy to have that option and rescheduled for January 19. Vince and his crew arrived on time. He called before they left their previous job, giving us a heads up. He introduced his crew when they arrived. They then got right to work. Two worked outside while Vince worked inside. He wore "booties." They were careful and thorough. It took them about an hour to complete the job. They were professional and polite and did a very good job. Our windows looked great. We highly recommend them.
