Another great job by Vince and Isabella! They washed all our windows, inside and out. They cleaned the screens, the front door, the front security door, and the sliding glass door. They were on time, courteous, and professional. Windows were very clean when they were done. Highly recommend.

I thought the company did an excellent job of cleaning screens and washing exterior windows. I selected this company because an Angie's List coupon was available for $120.00 for 20 windows and bug screens. My house is 1700 sf, one story. I personally counted 20 windows but there are wide variations in the definition of "one window." I ended up with 40 windows and all the screens were extra since they were shade screens, not bug screens. Granted, the owners worked hard to reduce the price with discount, eliminating power wash, etc., but my total price was $256. Just a heads up that it is highly unlikely to actually pay $120. I will most likely wash my own windows in the future.

Well I wasn't here at the time that they did the service, so I couldn't tell you specifically. One thing that he didn't do was the window sills and the track or the sliding glass door. He didn't do that either.

This was a bad experience. I purchased an online special, and at that time, their online scheduler prompted you to select 3 dates -- offering availability for the upcoming week. So I selected 3 days within that next week, but I received a confirmation back from the company booking my job for 3 weeks away. I explained that I needed service sooner than that, and their online scheduler did not show that length of booking time. They just kept justifying the delay due to the promotion volume, without taking responsibility for the inaccuracy of their scheduler. I asked to cancel the transaction, and rather than cooperate, I was forced to challenge the purchase through my credit card company.

They were promptly here, did a good job and were clean.

It went very well. They did a great job. I look forward to using them again.

The Window Works team arrived at the specified time and cleaned my windows inside/outside. When inside my house they wore shoe protectors so as not to track dirt. Their work was excellent and I will use them again.

These guys are great. I have them out on a regular basis because the windows look so great when they leave. Try them once and you will be amazed.

Provider and I agreed to reschedule around the end of the year. Did not hear back from them and had to contact them around FEB 14. They came out and did the windows, but when they left there smudges and smears and the screen door was broken after they left. It would no longer roll cleanly, they removed all screens from the their tracks. Attempted to reach out to them by phone and left a message, no callback. Attempted to contact them through angies list message center and no response.

They did a great ob ans were very professional and punctual! the window sills were not cleaned as well as I tought they should be and I asked them to redo some of them and they did.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Vince & Isabella are an amazing team. They did a thorough cleaning of our windows inside and out and cleaned/conditioned our sunscreens making them look like new! Extremely efficient ..they get the job done in top notch fashion very quickly.
