Vince and Isabella are a husband-wife team who work hard and are very personable. They cheerfully cleaned the outside of my windows as well as my sunscreens on one of those 109-degree days. They did a thorough job on all windows on the inside, including the tracks and sills. I asked them to try to get hard water spots off my shower doors, and Vince did his best. He made them smooth enough for water to sheet off, but etched hard water marks couldn't be removed. I was very happy with their work -- such a pleasure to look out on my garden through sparkling clean windows!

They did a fantastic job of cleaning all of my windows inside and out as well as cleaning all of my screens. I had purchased a second coupon by accident and they honored it as well. I gave their business card out to several of my coworkers!

If you hire them, be sure your phone is at your side the am of the day they are coming. I communicated with them and reconfirmed date and time. We were all set for them to come. They never showed. Sadly, my cell phone was not where I could hear it, and I had missed a call from them that morning asking to confirm yet again. When they didn't reach me, they went on to other jobs. I called them repeatedly to see if they could still come, and it took quite a while to get a call back. They said they could no longer work us in. They said that a reconfirmation in the am is their policy and they don't come if they can't reach you. However, I was never informed of any such policy and feel that if this is the policy, it should be up front and clear. Had I known, I would have given them a second number as well. They did clean windows for us once before and did a good job.

They were great. Couldn't beat the price. Would recommend.

It did take forever to get them out, I think they got flooded from the special they had. I was fine to wait, they came as promised, great work. I had a few extra windows cleaned. All good thanks.

Womderful. Vince and Isabella called me to let me know they would be arriving as scheduled. They did an evaluation of the windows, and I was pleasantly surprised that per window did not mean per pane of glass. They discussed additional options available if I wanted any services. They cleaned all my windows and conditioned my screens to help them last longer. They were efficient, clean and made my windows sparkle. I have already recommended them to friends and family and will call on them next time I need to have my windows done. They were very professional and nice too.

Window Works did a wonderful job on the windows and screens. Although I wasn't home, my parents were and said that they were also really nice, professional people. The only reason for the B on quality is because the tracks of the windows and sliding doors were still really dusty - I usually see that done as part of window-cleaning, but it wasn't this time. Nonetheless, I'd totally hire them again but just make sure they wipe down the tracks too.

They price was good, they showed up as scheduled, professionally dressed, did a good job and were very efficient. They were very respectful about letting us know when they would be coming inside after completing exterior windows. We will hire on a regular basis
