Description of Work: I needed to have my pool heater checked and a relay replaced so I called Westmoreland. Although they could not handle the job themselves (not in their scope of business), they were wonderful about contacting someone who could and that person came out the same day and fixed my problem. I have since recommended them to others because of their responsiveness and professionalism and would definitely use them in the future. I was in a bit of a rush because of selling my home and I was so happy that someone could come out that same day. Thanks!

Description of Work: I contacted Clay after hours on Wednesday and left a VM. First thing on Thursday AM he contacted me and came by a couple hours later to look at my pool. The actually issue is a needed repair that I thought would be on the pump---I even thought I would need to replace the pump. Clay assessed the situation, and only had to replace some "o" rings!! He was also able to repair the pool light which hasnt worked for months and backwashed the pool. I know I will need to replace the pump in the near future but for now it is up and running. The pool water is crystal clear and I am so happy that what I thought was going to be a huge expense was not. Clay was professional, punctional and very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend him. He easily could have told me to replace the pump (since it is old) but instead he was honest and didnt take advantage of my situation.
