Clay was great, did the work in less than an hour and fixed all the key problems I had. Great service and reasonably priced. I don't have any issues with him or his service. One point to those who call on Clay, he may take a day to get back to you and he could run a little late on the call, but he called and he showed and it was a great experience. I will hire him again for any pool work I have. Strongly recommend.

The provider called me on the phone and explained that he does not work on above-ground spas, and that he had tried previously to get Angie's to fix his offer. He apologized, was very pleasant, and even took time to offer what advice he could. He was so nice on the phone that I told him, if I had an in-ground spa or a pool, I would be happy to use his services. Angie's messed this one up, but Westmoreland sounds like a really nice guy!

I was closing on the house the next day. They fit me into the schedule the next day, fixed and cleaned up very quickly. Great service and work.

Working with Clay was a great experience from the first phone call through completion of the work. He was professional and prompt and his price was competitive with the other estimate I obtained. I am very happy with the work that he did. I have since asked him to perform some additional work and I?ll be calling him in the future when I need more work done.

Had a problem with the Pool Filtering system not cleaning the Pool water well. Clay arrived at the agreed upon time and went straight to work. He found the water return valve was closed and simply turned it back on. The Home Inspector had turned it off and left it off during the Home inspection process (selling the house). Clay only charged me 1/2 the normal rate- could have easily charged me full rate. Very pleasant to do business with & very honest! These days, that's hard to find. This provider comes HIGHLY recommended- I appreciate his quick response, his honesty and his efforts!

The fix was easy and it still cost me $90.00. It was a little on the high side. He was a little late as well.

He was prompt, gave me all my options along with recommendations, and installed the next day. No complaints!

Everything was great. Very professional. These guys highlight the difference between a company that says they know what they are doing and a company that knows what they are doing. Have had other pool service companies work on my pool equipment and was not happy. I'm very hard to keep happy. Did not have that problem with Westmoreland. The repairs were done correctly and the monthly service left my pool in perfect condition.

Everything went really well. The gentleman came out on the same day that I called, the technician was timely and efficient, and he did a good job with the repairs.

Clay did extensive work on condition and repair of my non functioning pool. It looks great now. The cost was fair, but i think the monthly service fee is high. He and his pool service employee have been very professional and pleasant. Very responsive to any inquiries and prompt in service.

Wow. He arrived when he said and cleaned 10 years of accumulated calcium buildup from our pool tiles. They look great. I tried it myself and gave up because it was so much work and I couldn't remove even half of it. He used is his glass bead technique and done, perfect, in one day. I will definitely use this pool service again. And for the amount of tile we had $400.00 was an excellent price as far as I'm concerned. For anybody who lives in Arizona, you all know how hard the water is and how much calcium can buildup on pool tile. Great service.

Clay provided very good service and was very prompt and punctual! He fixed the issue promptly!

I called Clay to discuss a pool pump replacement. He provided me with the 2 options that would work for my pool. I selected one and he schedule time to come out the following morning. He arrived on time, completed his work, and showed me how to use the new pump. Great service and I will use Clay for my future pool needs.

They are very reliable. They do good work. Their prices are good. They come every week. They have also installed a heater and pump.

I have been using the company since the first of July. They do a weekly chemical check and also check on all of the pumps. If there is anything wrong they get back to me in a very timely fashion. They have even done a few repairs. The cost for repairs is very reasonable. One technician comes out for the service and does great work. He is a very efficient worker and keeps me well informed.

It went excellent and I would highly recommend Clay and Westmoreland Pool to anybody and everybody who needs anything done a pool. I found him to be honest, without all the up sell which usually comes from everyone else I talked to. Clay, either answered all the calls immediately or called me back within a short period of time. Additionally, when we showed up exactly to the minute when he said he would, he had all the tools, material ready to work and got is done quickly with excellent quality. Plus, he is a licensed, bonded and insured contractor which should mean a lot to an individual homeowner. As a bonus, he called me back within a few days to make sure everything was good to go... and once again.. it was to check on things.. without any upsell..

Both installations went flawlessly. Clay worked with us and was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and professional. Furthermore, when I had questions, Clay was accessible via both phone and email and would respond the same day. This contractor provided a very enjoyable experience; the way you wish all contractors would.

We have had three 'pool guys' maintaining our pool over the last 4 years, and had a multitude of issues with all of them. We started using Westmoreland last November (2013), and we could not be happier with the company and their services. Clay has been fantastic. Responsive, professional and our pool has never looked better.
