Description of Work: It took a couple of weeks and the intervention of Angie's List help desk to get a call from the vendor. The servicemen showed up 30 minutes late and did not comment or apologize. They looked at the door and said they did not have the needed rollers. One serviceman came the next day and put the rollers on the door. | |I would not use this company again.

Description of Work: Fixed 2 sliding glass doors that wouldn't roll or stuck so bad we could barely open one and couldn't open the other at all. We had the doors "fixed" before for $280 and they broke the very next day again. These guys were amazing and weren't exaggerating at all that they can fix anything to be opened with 2 fingers. We were shocked and couldn't be happier. Very professional, came with a crew of 3 and were done very quick. I can't remember the exact price but it was outstanding too. Highly recommend! Can't go wrong with these folks.

Description of Work: I called the company the Friday after Thanksgiving expecting to receive a return call on Monday. Our sliding door was making horrible noises when you opened it and was very difficult in places to move. This started on Thanksgiving. It is now Tuesday and I have not rec'd a return call. I called someone else from Angies list yesterday afternoon and they are coming this morning. I understand not receiving a return call on Friday due to the holiday but should have received one on Monday.

Description of Work: 2 polite service techs arrived within the appointment window of 2 hours. We discussed the door and they indicated "fixing sliding doors that fail to roll correctly is what we do". They proceeded to take the sliding section out (in 5 minutes), removed the cheap builder door rollers (all flattened out), replaced with heavy duty rollers, replaced weather stripping on the door bottom, re-installed, straightened the door, re-attached the auto closer and applied lubricant to the door seals. They were neat, cleaned up area and were done. Start to finish 30 minutes. The door has never closed better, even when new. One finger to open and close...
