It worked out great. I was just really surprised at how quickly they were able to do it. I thought they have to take the door out, but they were able to do it with the door just still on it, I don't know how they did it, but it was awesome. I would use them again in the future.

When I first called, they answered immediately and came out the next day for a quote. I decided to go with them, and gave them a deposit, which was half the total cost. They told me it would be about a week, and then they'd call to schedule the installation. After a few weeks I attempted several times to call, only to leave messages that did not get returned. Had I not already paid for half, I would have gone elsewhere. When I finally reached them, they spoke as if installation was already scheduled. Not possible since it would be me that they'd have to talk to. About a MONTH later, they finally came. Anyhow.... the guys that came to the house did a fine installation. This companies issue is with the person that should be answering phones & communicating with their customers.

The people who came were the nicest guys I've ever met. They even cleaned the glass when they were done. I can't say enough, because every time I open the door, I think about them. The quality of their work is wonderful! That's probably one of the best company I used. I recommend them to any of my neighbors who have sliding doors.

I got a call back from the vendor within two hours of placing the order on Angieslist. We set up an appointment for 2 days later. They showed up a few minutes early and got right to work. They identified a sagging header problem hat I was aware of and suggest how the door could be trimmed to relieve the rubbing on the track. They made the repairs in less that a half an hour. Their service was quick, clean and professional. I would use them again and recommend them to others.

Quick, professional, knowledgeable. The door in question is a 5-ft wide behemoth which required disassembling both the sliding door and fixed window portion of the setup. The work was performed quickly, with no hesitation as to how to address such a massive door. In and out in about an hour. I can now open and close the door with minimal effort as opposed to the upper body workout I used to get. Highly recommended.

Was able to get next day service which was great. They were late but did call to tell me they were running behind. Both guys were professional and explained what they were doing and how to maintain the door in the future. Price was a Angie's List special and it was the price as advertised. they competed their work in about 20 to 25 minutes. and I was very satisfied with the repairs. I would call them again.

I wouldn't say that they were the best because they didn't get the measurements right the first time, but they were good. They listened when I pointed out that it wasn't fitting right. They took it back and did it for no charge again.

I submitted the form on the website, and called both numbers listed multiple times over a two week period. No one ever answered or returned my calls. I was calling to get my sliding glass door rail replaced.

They called to let us know they were running late, which was nice, a lot of places don't bother to let you know, they just show up late. They called again to let us know they were on their way and arrived timely. The work was performed as promised, done very quickly and professionally. They were friendly and knowledgable, I would hire them again.

Not the cheapest quote, but absolutely professional quality work. Older house with sagging header, the guys hat to work hard to get the door out, even had to take one of the doors apart. Made sure everything worked perfectly when done, cleaned up all the mess, polite to a fault. They did it right the first time, priced as quoted despite spending an hour more than they estimated due to the sag in the header above the door, not a single complaint. I would not hesitate to recommend these guys.

Great. Prompt. Honest. Upfront about what we needed and it's cost. Provided options. New screen door needed to be custom made and was able to get done and installed within 2 days. Awesome.

They arrived on time, replaced the rollers, and pointed out a couple little things that needed to be adjusted before quickly leaving. However, it has taken only a couple of months for the doors to return to their original state.

The rollers were replaced due to pet hair entangled in old rollers and the door does work good now, but for the work performed the price is too high. Basically one screw per end was removed, the old rollers pulled out and new ones slid in. The job takes no longer than 5 minutes to do and is incredibly easy once you see it done. They didn't clean the track or door at all even though the old ones failed due to hair. Didn't install "double roller' wheels like mentioned on their web site (maybe not applicable to my door?) I am a little handy myself and was embarrassed to have paid $145 (normally $160!) for two screws removed and $25 dollars total in rollers installed available at the hardware stores. Had to call twice to schedule the appointment due to a issue with a company family member to schedule service. They did fiddle with my auto closer for free (though would not repair it due to not the model they sell) which brought them up to a B rating bringing the service call to about 10 minutes.

It was easy to contact the company and an appointment was made quickly. They arrived early on the day of the appointment, presented themselves in a neat and professional manner, and got right to work. They were done with the roller replacement and made a great effort to make sure the entire door apparatus was lined up correctly and moved smoothly. Great job! I gave them a "B" for pricing because they neglected to offer me the discount available to Angie's list customers.

There was a problem contacting the company, both with their 888 telephone number and with the number listed in the online search. Both numbers reported as disconnected. I moved on to other items needing my attention. Approximately 15 minutes later I was contacted by telephone by someone from the company. A date & time was set. The work was performed, job completed, and price reasonable for 2 people. Discussed telephone number problem and was informed the problem was corrected. Tried the 888 number after work completed and a disconnect recording occured. Don't care. Not my problem.

Two repair techs from Valley Wide removed and repaired our 17 year old worn out sliding patio door by replacing the worn rollers. Our sliding patio door was becoming more difficult to open and close, also the door frame seemed to be scraping on the track. The final result; our sliding patio door opens and closes with very little effort, smooth and quiet. The two repair techs from Valley Wide were knowledgeable, courteous and competed the job in less than 30 minutes. The only comment I have was they did not clean the door after they competed the job. They left greasy finger makes all over the door that I was left to clean.
