Description of Work: He did an excellent job - Price was higher because he had to bring over electrical from another area since there was not existing power but we discussed up front so it was not a surprise. Definitely will use again in the future!

Description of Work: Our family drinks a lot of water, so when we moved to AZ we couldn't take the tap water and started investing in bottled. It was costly. So when solicitors offered to test our water we quickly agreed. The sales man was only mildly pushy. So we didn't shop around and because we knew we'd be saving money we went with it. No regrets. The company has had excellent customer service, excellent professional staff, and the system works fantastically. All of the perks were as advertised, although we have opted not to use all of them, we have used most.

Description of Work: Provided and Installed water softener and RO system. James is a really nice guy, does great work and his prices were the best I found. He is multi talented so I also hired him to install 5 ceiling fans, a kitchen faucet, a bathroom light fixture, coach lights and a toilet. His prices for these were also very reasonable and he actually charged me less than he had quoted. I am very happy with the quality of his work and appreciated the time he took to explain each project.

Description of Work: James comes promptly and provides excellent service. He is well-equipped and has a broad knowledge of household repairs. I've used him twice and would not hesitate to call him again if I needed home repairs.

Description of Work: He installed 4 recessed lights in our living room and replaced a faucet which was leaking, upstairs. | |Excellent service, trustworthy, punctual and responsive. I give him an A+!

Description of Work: Hung heavy mirror. Hung TV on wall of patio. Removed shelf in closet. Fixed from gate.

Description of Work: The handyman hung 4 garage ceiling storage units and installed three upper cupboard units. He checked with me when he had questions and I had a chance to eliminate some of the storage units as I did not want them to be within eye sight when the garage door was open. I would definately hire this handyman again.

Description of Work: The provider did show up on time for first visit on 9/23/14. I was disappointed, however, when I showed him 3 major repair areas (1) a shower basin needing replacing and caulking; (2) a metal drain pipe on ground in back yard; and (3) 3 2" holes in drywall in bedroom. For this visit, he did patch the holes and replace a light bulb in entry doorway light. He said he could do nothing about the shower basin or the metal drain pipe -- said if I hadn't had a leak with recent rainstorms, then I didn't need it. He then offered to replace a hallway light (the globe had fallen to ground and shattered) with his own recessed lighting which he would bring at the next visit (9/30/14). When he arrived, he discovered that the ceiling hallway width did not allow for the recessed light, so I was directed to buy a flush mount light which he would install at the next meeting for $90. I purchased a $60 lamp at Lowe's and he did install it on 10/7/14 for the $90 amount. Several years ago I had used another handyman who seemed to have suggestions for fixing almost everything. In this instance I had a sense of what could NOT be done rather than what could. The provider was polite and on time, but I couldn't give him an A rating for energy, initiative and helpfulness.

Description of Work: Put in a new pop-up drain in bathroom sink, mounted new towel bars. He was very nice and professional. I got 2 hours work with an Angie's List Big Deal.

Description of Work: They did not service the Coolidge area, and the consierge service tried to find a replacement and couldn't. I'm still waiting for a refund.
