About us

We help homeowners set up an account with VRBO/Homeaway to rent their property as a vacation rental. We answer all emails and phone calls from guests. We schedule cleanings and repairs. We charge 15% for our service. We are lower than other competing companies if you are able to find a competing company. We created the company because we searched for years to find a company offering this service. We are a small group and are available 24 hours. We have been in business since 2014. We service 39 properties as of July 2018. We own some of the vacation rental properties that we service. Vacation Rentals are another great way to invest in AZ real estate.
