Ultimate Concrete Coatings

Our original aplication of overlay was completed in late July 2020 at a cost of $7950. Within 3 months the product began having pitting and complete delamination over the entire project, pool area, deck, and patio. We contacted UCC and they came out and inspected the job and agreed it had to be completely re-done (which they did). Within months of the second job the entire job began losing color, SEVERELY cracking, and again a complete delamination with sections now missing. A complaint was filed with the ROC and the owner called to ask that I withdraw the complaint out of professional courtesy (which I did). The owner (mr Krupinski) came to my home to inspect the failed job and after said inspection by the owner he determined that once again the entire job had failed due to his installers not entirely removing the old cool decking (twice) and the entire job would have to be re-done again. He was good enough to offer to do this free of charge and we opted to have him return in the fall of that year 2022 to do so. During the interim time we decided that after 2 complete failures and damage to my pool by his installation crew, we would request a gentlemanly agreement to refund my $ so that I could pursue another company. The owner refused the refund request and again offered the full re-do citing car warranties and the owner having to continue to get repairs for all of time. I attempted to reinstate my initial ROC complaint but was denied under a timeline regulation. After several requests the owner's final response was that there was nothing more he would do for me and has now forced me to seek legal help and a potential law suit. This is a shame being one of the main reasons we initially trusted him was his being a Gilbert Firefighter and my being a retired Police Ofc. Mr. Krupinski states in his BIO, on this very page, the following: We're all passionate about what we do, and about doing it right- the FIRST TIME. This is why we Guarantee all our concrete coatings and new epoxy floor installation. At the time of this writing Mr.Krupinski has stated in writing that my entire warranty is now null and void after under 3 years. Mr Krupinski's actions thus far seem to not square with his BIO and have me questioning his honor and integrity. Note: Everything stated in this review can be backed up by copies of emails and statements in writing.

Quite well. The work was performed on time, and professionally. Crews were friendly as well as professional. The review was postponed due to a problem which tested the warranty. This has been addressed to our satisfaction.

It went very well. The entire job took 3 days (one day to remove old carpet, grind off adhesive, power wash concrete slab, apply thin coating of acrylic/concrete mixture, and stamp the texture of stone. Second day, the design of the stone was marked out and the joints between the "stones" was ground down to resemble a grouted joint. Then the base color was applied. The third day, the other colors were applied, and 2 coats of polyurethane (I'm guessing) were applied to seal.

NOT SATISFIED! ONE MONTH AFTER APPLICATION CRACKS APPEARED! MORE THAN ORIGINALLY STARTED WITH. COMPANY WAS NOT PROFESSIONAL, FROM THE SALESMAN, WORKERS TO OFFICE HELP!

We got off to a rough start with scheduling complications but once that was worked out, everything went smoothly. Shawn and Matt did an excellent job at our home. We were especially pleased with the extra attention to detail - i.e., the edges and sides of the concrete. The color is beautiful and matches our home so well. It was amazing to us how many people stopped by to see the work and to comment on how good it looked. We gave out the name of Ultimate Concrete several times. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone who wants to turn an ordinary concrete driveway or patio into a beautiful part of the home.

Ultimate transformed our huge but ugly cement patio into beautiful granite style flooring. We were extremely pleased with the results and also with how pleasant and professional the workers were. Manny was the supervisor and he and his crew were excellent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
