+ 1 moreI accidentally spilled a drink in my boyfriends car. I figured I would find a company to clean my mess ( I know I know, I'm a busy bee..what can I say) Called Greg who cleaned my home carpets before and asked if he was able to do such job and he responded he would do it with pleasure. Scheduling an appointment on a day I had off work and had my bf take my car to work so his could get cleaned. Greg took the seats out to clean the floorboard, cleaned the seat belts which look and feel like brand new right now. Everything got cleaned and the car really looks brand new again. Fresh scent is a welcome change from the old cigarette smell the car was soaked with. Like always Greg delivers with his services and my bf is extremely happy and grateful his baby got special treatment. THANKS GREG !!!

floor cleaning
+ -1 moreGreg arrived at our home at about 10am, 15 minutes ahead of when he was scheduled to arrive. I met him and he was very polite and explained what he would be using, the tools and the chemicals involved, and the expected time of completion. after it was all settled, I took him into the house and explained what had happened with my previous pet. I showed him areas that were my dog's favorite places that he had and quot;accidentsand quot; and what I wanted as far as the areas to clean. Greg got right to work and helped me move some furniture and rugs out of the way. For the furniture and things we couldn't move, we lifted and he put styrofoam wedges underneath to lift them off the floor. The entire cleaning took about two hours in which time he never took a break. When he was finished, he put everything back where it belonged and the floor looked awesome. We were very pleased with the outcome.
Description of Work: My girlfriend and I had a dog that died suddenly and were getting a new puppy. We were pretty sure that the old dog ate something that ended things, but wanted to take no chances with the new puppy coming in. We had already cleaned ourselves, but wanted a deeper clean. I work for a fitness studio called Funktional Fitness that Top Level had come to do a demonstration and estimate for. After the demonstration and making those floors look like new, I was sold. I called him up to see when he could come and let him know this would be a job needing to be completed ASAP. Greg came on Valentine's Day and didn't charge any extra even though it was a holiday! He was courteous, professional, and very thorough. When he was finished, the floor looked amazing! This is a rented house, so I didn't even know the color of the grout. When he was done, it looked immaculate. For the money, I think Top Level is absolutely the best VALUE around. You may pay less for another place, but you won't get the propmt arrival, the courtesy or the workmanship that you will at Top Level. Best job I have ever seen on floors!

+ 1 more.I called Greg on friends referral to schedule carpet cleaning in my house. He was available the same day and showed up on my door step 2 hours later. We performed a walk through to identify required work and after agreeing on a price (which was better than all big name companies) he started working. He was very professional and throughout during the entire process. I had him clean downstairs carpet along with my staircase and upstairs hallway. Greg took his time to clean everything and explained how his machine does itsand quot;magicand quot;. I've never seen my carpets look so good and the plush feeling you get after they're cleaned is priceless. I'm very happy with the results and can proudly invite friends and family to my home.

carpet cleaners
+ -1 moreGreg, the owner/technician, did not come to zip through the job and move on. He paid attention to details. As and example, at one point he got on hands and knees to give extra attention to the area sepparating the tile and den carpet. The pile is higher and tends to be the first thing dragging feet come into contact with. I didn't have to say anything, he just took care of it. This is the first time I've seen his type of equipment as well, a rotary steam extraction tool with 3 heads. It steamed and extracted with what seemed like a 100 revoutions a minute (wasn't counting). I'm not sure of the science, but I know that a suction device wouldn't do that many passes. Plan a little more time than expected. They like to get it right.
Description of Work: I had two high traffic rooms and staircase and a half that needed attention (carpeted).
