 + -1 moreAbsolutely wonderful! From the very start she stood out as being different from the other agents I interviewed. She wasn't pushy, she listened to everything I wanted and came up with homes that fit very well. (I had a problem with this with other Realtors, like they were just trying to sell me their own listings or homes that were just all wrong). She was honest, realistic (even with difficult issues) and objective when explaining the pro's and con's of each place so when I purchased I felt very comfortable with my decision. She was also wonderful selling my existing home, made great suggestions of how to get the most in a slow market and it worked well. I was also impressed at how detail-oriented she was - she picked up several issues in contract stage, things that would have cost me money. This is the third home I have bought or sold with Tonya and even though I don't recommend many people, I do with Tonya as she has been just fantastic in every way.
Description of Work: Tonya helped me find a home and sell my existing one. Also helped me with financing - Mark Ikeda of Loyalty Mortgage, who turned out to be so much more competitive than who I had been using for years prior. Tonya was very friendly and easy to talk to but didn't waste my time sugar-coating things, which I really appreciated as I'm very busy. Helped me with home-staging suggestions, how to make the home look brighter, larger and more attractive in general. One other thing I like is that she does not take on too many listings, because she wants to dedicate enough time to each client to address their needs well - I felt thats exactly what I received, I was very well taken care of. (Some other agents actually forgot who I was - used the wrong name - or forgot what I was looking for because they had too many clients or listings!)
