Absolutely wonderful! From the very start she stood out as being different from the other agents I interviewed. She wasn't pushy, she listened to everything I wanted and came up with homes that fit very well. (I had a problem with this with other Realtors, like they were just trying to sell me their own listings or homes that were just all wrong). She was honest, realistic (even with difficult issues) and objective when explaining the pro's and con's of each place so when I purchased I felt very comfortable with my decision. She was also wonderful selling my existing home, made great suggestions of how to get the most in a slow market and it worked well. I was also impressed at how detail-oriented she was - she picked up several issues in contract stage, things that would have cost me money. This is the third home I have bought or sold with Tonya and even though I don't recommend many people, I do with Tonya as she has been just fantastic in every way.
