+ -1 moreThey blew me off three times, never showed and didn't bother to call saying they couldn't make it. After I got ahold of them they informed me that they had "too many other projects" and that they couldn't be bothered with mine. When I brought in a real professional, I also found that they lied to me about needing to re-run the 200 foot run from my breakout panel to the power box. They stated that the current wire was not according to current code, but it turns out it was exactly what the code called for. They came recommended to me by another service company. When I contacted them and told them what happened they stated that they will never recommend them again, and they were putting them on their "do not use" list. Thoroughly unprofessional, total lack of communication, borderline rude. I have let everyone in earshot know that they should avoid these people like the plague.
Description of Work: Replace a power breakout box and ensure all wiring was OK and up to code. The device connected to the breakout box shorted and fried the components in the breakout box.
