Two years ago, we hired Those Guys Flooring to install new tiles throughout our entire house. They completed the job with a few minor issues. (The issues were damaged trim and chips made in the walls while they were extracting the old tiles.) For the most part, the work was satisfactory. However, two years later, the tiles are coming loose in a few places. It crunches underneath the tiles. The tiles are not broken, but they are coming loose. We were given a lifetime warranty for any installation issues. However, my husband has been calling Ray (the owner) for three weeks now. Ray has promised to come by on a few occasions, but never showed up. Now he won't answer our calls. He simply texted that our warranty only lasted two years and that we should just hire someone else to fix the tiles that his company poorly installed. We are not asking for a miracle, just that he fix the places where the tiles have come loose (which are NOT in high traffic areas in our house - they just weren't installed well on that part of the floor). He refuses and is completely ignoring his written warranty. BE CAREUL OF THIS COMPANY! Very bad customer service!
Description of Work: He had tiles placed throughout our entire house.

They've left me with a huge mess. Ray, the owner, is great at telling you everything will be take care of, but he doesn't follow through. They've failed to show up for two separate appointment days per our contract, failed to level my floor, cut wires to my furnace, and ripped out the wall base and failed to pay me back for the costs they incurred just for starters. Ray hasn't been back to my house since the day he sold me on his service, and hasn't taken any account of the lack in quality work his company performed. Throughout this whole ordeal Ray has been very polite and agreeable, but it's turned out to be a sham. At this point he's gone so far as to accuse me of framing his workers for damage I did to my own house, and used my credit card information without authorization even though he owes me money! I've since had to pursue this with the Better Business Bureau and the State Contractors Board.
Description of Work: I hired them to lay carpet in 3 bedrooms and vinyl flooring in 2 bathrooms, an entryway, hallway, laundry room and kitchen and dining room. The home size is approx 1600 square feet.
