We first met Betsy at an open house when we weren't even sure we wanted to buy a property in Arizona. We were impressed with her friendliness and willingness to help. As we slowly discovered we didn't want to buy anywhere else, Drew and Betsy spoke with us over the phone and gave us so much information about the market and what to expect - it really helped make the process seem less daunting. They were so quick to respond whenever we had a question. There aren't enough superlatives to describe their sense of customer service. For them, its more than taking pride in doing a job well. For them its more like doing the best they can and then some more just for good measure.

We had a short time frame to visit Arizona and select a home. They met us at the airport, had the showings scheduled and were so understanding of our difficulties in deciding. They are very thorough about showing - Drew's mechanical knowledge was so evident as he showed us how swimming pool mechanics worked, what to consider when a crack showed up and much more. We feel their advice in the exact type of offer to make got us the perfect home.

But it didn't stop there. After reading the inspection report and finding the small things we needed fixing, Betsy gave great recommendations for contractors. The closing was less than ideal-our local bank wasn't exactly fast in getting information to the remote bank. I thought I'd scheduled enough time after closing to fly down and take possession but there were still a few clerical issues to clear up before I could get the keys. Betsy tactfully helped individuals realize I needed papers filed quickly so wouldn't have to sleep in my car and in the nick of time it all came through. As we walked through my beautiful new house together, the chirping caused by the dead battery in the fire detector drove us crazy. They would not leave until we got it taken care of. It felt like having friends--No, family.
