+ -1 moreThey set up an appointment time between 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. No one showed, no one answered the phone at the company all day. I finally received a phone call at 3:30 from a tech who said he was on his way. He didn't show, nor bother to call again. Needless to say, I would never go to the bother of calling this company again.
Description of Work: I contacted the company to perform service on my washing machine.
