 + -1 moreWe worked with Michael at the start of our house search. He cheerfully spent a long time on the phone answering all our questions about the process in AZ - we were moving from Missouri. Once we arrived in AZ, we worked exclusively with Monica. She was nothing short of great. Monica was amazingly professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. At the same time, she was always available to look at houses, point out the pros and cons of the various houses and neighborhoods, and answer all our questions. She was on top of even the smallest details of the process and took most of the stress out of the experience. I cannot recommend her enough.

 + -1 moreEven with good credit and a 20% down payment, buying a home in these neo-techno times is quite an ordeal. Especially when you live in Tampa FL and are buying in South Central AZ. We chose Team Weiser and Monica Weiser was our agent. She arranged everything for us and made even the most trying situations bearable. Her help was invaluable. I would have no problems in recommending Team Weiser for any real estate transaction.
