Very good was a tight stairwell to get up and down but Rich is a pro !! Cleaned up after install ! Very professional !

Rich was excellent. But I needed some bathroom faucet repairs and an outside spigot, and I texted and called him, several times, but he never bothered to call me back.

Rich's service was excellent. He arrived during the scheduled half-hour window and quickly got to work. He actually solved the root of the leak problem by replacing piping rather than the quick-fix of tightening the existing connection like the last plumber who visited. He tightened the loose faucet as well, and talked me through a couple other plumbing related issues, even though his advice was to hold off on additional services.

Our toilet needed to be reset and re-bolted to the floor. Rich answered our call quickly, and, made an appointment for 2 days later. On the day of the service call, he showed up promptly. My husband said he was personable, and, easy to talk with regarding the plumbing problems. He was very professional, and, efficient. His final price was very fair. We would recommend him to anyone.

I contacted Rich first by a message through Angies List. He quickly replied back and asked what work I was looking for him to do. I replied back to him with a description of what problem I was having and also asked him about his pay rate. Rich again was quick to respond back and said he could help me with the leak and also explained his rate terms. I had another plumber in the wings and just by choice I choose Streamline Plumbing. I then called Rich and told him I was ready to hire his services. He was quick to get back to me with a date that worked for both of us and it was only a couple of days away, not weeks. Rich was polite on the phone and on the day of service he called me early in the day saying he was finished with his previous job early and would like to know if he could come over earlier. Rich showed up and was very professional. He assessed the area of concern, thought about what would be the best way to tackle the job. Since the leak was behind a wall, Rich was looking to see what the best route to go to open up a wall that would be the least noticeable and easiest for me to finish repairing the hole. Rich quoted me about an hours work and I said let's do it. I let him be on his own and he went to work. He would let me know along the way when water was going to be shut off. Then he showed me the damaged copper plumbing that he removed and explained to me what he was going to do to replace it. His work ran past an hour but after he showed me the completed work I couldn't complain. He had to cut out an area of the wall behind the toilet to access the plumbing. And what I thought I was going to have to repair with drywall, prime and try to touch up to our existing paint color, Rich surprised me with a very neat, clean and unobtrusive access panel on the wall that didn't stick out like a sore thumb. I was pleasantly surprised. When Rich calculated his services and told me the cost I was actually shocked at how reasonable the final bill was. This was the first time I had hired a professional plumber so I was really expecting outrageous dollars. But Rich explained he gave me some discounts and he didn't charge me for a whole 'nother hour after the first but only a partial. From the work Rich did I was happy to pay him. It was money well spent. Rich told me he is looking to build a happy customer base that will keep him coming back for other plumbing issues that may arise. Well he left me with his card and I will surely give Rich at Streamline Plumbing a call if another plumbing issue ever arises. Thanks, Rich Add another happy customer to your list!

The work was done very efficiently and everything clearly explained.

First of all he answered his phone at 7:20am on a Sunday Morning!! I called 3 other plumbers the day before and left messages with all 3 that I had a water pipe leaking. Not one call back!! Unbelievable! .

The work was performed in less than an hour and He showed me exactly what the problem was.

It went fine Rich was able to diagnose the problem with the bathroom sink it was very old and it had corrosion under the bottom and he showed me what the problem was and did a replacement facet to the left side of the bathroom sink temporary to it so that it would not leak .Rich took a picture of it and showed me. My toilet was also leaking and he fixed it. He takes his time and explain the problem to you and let you know what your options are and I would recommend him to anyone. He is very professional and a very nice man.

Rich did a fantastic job and was great to work with. He's extremely knowledgeable and open about all of the options for fixing a problem. In our case, he walked us through all of the pros/cons of our water tank options and we ultimately decided on a tankless water heater to replace the two old water heaters that were being replaced. This has worked out great for us and we are seeing all of the benefits of having a tankless system. Rich is punctual and was very thorough in his work and takes the time with the little things like convenient shut-off valves where others might skip that step when not required by code. He cleaned up after all of the work and we would absolutely use him again (and have).

The communication was great. Rich initially tried to fix the leaky valves near the water meter but explained that the job would probably require washers that he didn't normally carry in his truck. I wanted to replace the house water shutoff valve as well. We scheduled a new time for him to return with all the needed parts and all the repairs were done smoothly and quickly. It was a pleasure doing business with Streamline Plumbing and I would highly recommend this company.

Very nice job. Rich communicated well and arrived as scheduled. His charges were very fair for the work. He left the area where he worked clean. No mess for me to have to deal with. And, the work he did fixed my problem. I'll definitely use him again.

Rich arrived right on time. After replacing the pump, he informed me that that was most likely the problem, but if not, he'd have to special order a second part. I ended up having to call him back shortly after, as the running water problem still existed. He was very prompt and responsive. Called me back immediately, having already found the part. We scheduled a second appointment the next morning. Again he arrived right on time, fixing my toilet at no additional charge. Great service, friendly and informative.

It took a couple of days to get back to me due to him being out of town, but problem was not urgent. Arrived ahead of schedule, replaced faucet, good explanations, very quick and thorough, pleasant to work with, would definitely hire again.

Could not have went better! Rich was pleasant, professional and on time which are 3 things that are important to me. He also works very fast and answers all questions I had during service. When I need a plumber in the future I would not consider ANYONE but Rich from Streamline and I highly recommend his services to anyone and everyone who is in search of an efficient reliable plumber! In this day in age when service calls can turn into nightmares, Rich was truly a breath of fresh air!!

I was highly impressed by his communication skillls , his professionalism, and his prices. All three times, he showed up when he said he would, called the day before to confirm the time, and was very clear on what the problem was and the options I had. I felt that his prices were very reasonable and I will not hestitate to call him again. I highly recommend Rich to anyone who needs plumbing in southeast Wisconsin.

Removed old water heater and installed new one.

Rich was very detail oriented and helped us to select the best unit for our home. It was a Saturday afternoon and he researched the available equipment. He was at our home on Sunday morning at 9 a.m. as promised to remove the old unit and install the new one. He was neat and cleaned up afterwards. Rich explained everything that he did and bled the lines to the faucets upstairs and was done in about 2 hours. We will recommend him to our neighbors and friends.

He called me back right away and was able to come out the next day to get the issue fixed. He was very efficient, nice, and informative. He answered all of my questions. I liked that he had all of the parts there with him and the sight of his very professional plumbing truck put me at ease. I really appreciated the fact that he never left the work site. I would definitely recommend him, I think he would be a good bet for anyone!
