"It was easy to sign up with Rob at 5 Star Kitchen and Bath because he was full of promises and has a likeable personality. However, things haven't gone so well. We got off to a good start but a couple of weeks in, plumbing issues with the dwelling had to be addressed. After a 2 week pause, getting them to return and take this project to completion in a timely manner has failed. It's been 2 years and still not done. I am nervous about the reliability of the work in the showers. I watched them do the waterproofing. I expressed my concerns to deaf ears. The tile work is average. I still don't have a working temperature control after 30 mos. I asked for insulation under the tub for sound reduction and they didn't do it because it wasn't necessary. It was for me. The plumber for 5 Star has yet to return to fix the water hammer in the wall that I hear everyday, as well as a few other things. Unfortunately, against my better judgement, I let him talk me into paying for the project before it was completed on a verbal promise he would take care of everything."

The first time it happened I was told that's common problem which surprised me. I don't think maintenance is an excuse for not fixing a problem created by the company. This was a special kind of grout and should not be cracking within months of the project's completion."
