Sprinkler Doctors

Had a sprinkler issue (which is time sensitive of course) he was quick to respond, did a great job, came back out again when I noticed more errant water. fixed that problem.

I called Sprinkler Doctors on Monday afternoon and Loren was out the next day. He showed up on time and after listening to my sprinkler issues he got right to work. It took an hour plus some parts to get my issues fixed. Everything is working great again. Thank you Loren!

Sprinkler Doctors came out to my house today because they are a company my home warranty uses. Loren Bennett was the service tech and found the problems immediately! He fixed two huge leaks and a few small ones he didn't even have too. He was extremely knowledgeable and helped me with questions I had about my system too. My landscaping company told me I needed a whole new system and Loren fixed everything and saved me a ton of money. I highly recommend Sprinkler Doctors and Loren as a Tech!!

Steve was professional and made sure that I understand everything that he was doing. I originally assumed I would need to replace the whole valve, so it was a relief to know that it was an easier and less costly repair. I was glad that I called Sprinkler Doctors. Another company may have told me I needed to replace the whole valve, and I might have paid for unnecessary work.

Loren immediately identified some electrical and timer problems and rectified them quickly. I was also having problems with the drip lines and Loren provided an easy innovation which got the line properly working. I wouldn't hesitate to use this firm again as I work to improve our irrigation system.

Everything fixed and running smooth. Technician was very polite and professional. Great company!

First of all I had an appointment window of 1-4 set. Loren called me at 11:30 to let me know that he would be there more towards the end of the window that way I wasn't sitting around waiting all day. I appreciated that. When he arrived I explained the problems I was having and he told me the cost before he did any work. It took him about 15 minutes to fix the problem then showed me the work that he had done. It was a very simple process.

Leaks were fixed and a few other things found that were taken care of. Loren was very professional and courteous.

They arrived on time and very quickly resolved all the issues with the sprinkler system. It was fast, efficient, and inexpensive. They even diagnosed some issues I didn't know about and showed me before initiating any additional work. Highly recommended.

Mark couldn't have been nicer and more professional. He was super friendly and considerate. You see, I'm pretty much a novice when it comes to drip irrigation. Mark took the time to explain what he found and what needed to be done to get my trees and plants the best irrigation for the most economical set up. He even helped reprogram my system and explained how and why he was programming it that way. Now, I ask you, when do you get that kind of service nowadays? Well, if you call Sprinkler Doctors and ask for Mark, you'll get the best bang for your buck ever!! He provided all necessary parts and installed them at a reasonable price. Count me in as a very satisfied customer. I will be calling them for my needs at my rental houses for sure!!!!

Dominick arrived early which was nice and he explained what he was doing and why. This is the second time they have done work for me and I would not hesitate to use again. Very professional.

Perfect, only day off was the holiday today, so they came out to service my sprinkler system and reset the timer to help hydrate grass again.

Their service man Loren called just as promised when he was on his way to our house. He took his time with us and showed us how to operate the system. Then he checked each valve and hose and made the proper maintenance fixes. He then set our system up to perform correctly. Loren was a true professional and just in general, a very nice person to deal with. I would highly recommend the Sprinkler Doctors to anyone who has issues with their system. From the first contact with the company to Loren they were just fantastic. This is how a business should be run. We definitely made a very good decision when we decided to contact the Sprinkler Doctors.

Seemed to go quite well. Loren Bennett called in advance of his arrival which was as scheduled. He seemed quite knowledgeable regarding my controller and quickly recognized the likely problems. He quickly made the required repairs and reviewed the controller's operating instructions with me and then set the timer for all of the irrigation zones. Loren was polite and very professional in my dealings with him.

First visit, Matt identified the problem (a bad capacitor in the control panel power supply) and suggested that I could probably get my existing panel repaired rather than replace. He was right and Sprinkler World fixed the panel for $40 (compared to $120 or more for a new panel). Second visit, Jason and Matt replaced 16 sprinkler heads to fix/improve poor lawn irrigation. Matt and Jason were prompt, called ahead to alert me they were on their way, professional in their demeanor and performed the work requested in very reasonable time. I am very satisfied with Sprinkler Doctors.

It went perfect. The service tech, Loren, was very helpful...showed me how to read the faded digits on the timer and I didn't have to replace it. And, he immediately found the problem with the zone that wasn't working and replaced the valve solenoid.

Perfectly! Robert was our service tech. He had a job before us that was running a little longer than expected. He contacted us multiple times to let us know, let us know when he was on his way and contacted us again to let us know he was just a few minutes away. We were impressed. He quickly found the problem, took only a short time to fix it. He showed us what had broken, how easily it could be fixed and made a recommendation as to which brand of valve unit he would recommend based on longevity, ease of maintenance etc. I had never programmed a timer to water twice in one day and when I asked him how, he took the time to walk us thru it and helped me set it. Awesome. I have used Sprinkler Doctors before and every time they are fast to respond, thurough, and professional. Would highly recommend. Robert did a GREAT job! Thank you!

Robert was prompt and friendly and also reset my automatic system when he finished. I have One Guard Home Warranty so they pay Sprinkler Doctors.

Another company said I needed to replace the control and all valves for $700. Sprinkler Doctors saved me almost $500! My tech "Wade" replaced a couple parts, checked the whole system, inspected my yard. Explained how to program the system and how to adjust sprinklers.
