Description of Work: They came on short notice and solved multiple problems. I had a stuck valve so the sprinklers would not shut off. Also, some of the heads were blocked, and the sprinkle pattern was bad. They came out promptly and fixed everything for a fair price.

Description of Work: Came out to check a water leak in my front yard. Advised me that the leak was not coming from my property. Did a little more checking and believed it was coming from my neighbor. No charge for the visit.

Description of Work: I had a service call $65. A man came to my home and when I explained what was happening, he said "ok" and went to work. He claimed to have fix my backyard sprinklers which was not the case. My dad ended up fixing them. The same man was to send me a quote for other things we wanted to replace. I had to remind them a few times for this quote. I finally received it and now it's been 13 days since I emailed them for clarification on the quote. i.e. a breakdown of the cost versus just the total and that's it. Pretty disappointed.

Description of Work: The guy from Sprinkler Doctors (it's been a couple of months and I cannot recall his name now) was a continual no-show on appointments. I had to hunt him down to reschedule. When he finally came, he said he could do the work to repair the valves in my sprinkling system valve box and that he would return that afternoon or the next morning. He never showed up. I kept texting him after this, and he kept promising to come, but then he never would. It was a complete joke. I finally told him never mind and not to come. A complete flake! I contacted Lance at Irrigation Repair Services and was happy as a clam with his diligence and expert work.

Description of Work: We talked 5 or 6 times trying to set-up a scheduled time to come and evaluate my needs. Unfortunately due to my family illness, I was unable to make the appointment, with no foreseeable time when I could get the work done. We talked several times after, as he was trying to make any accommodations possible. I decided to end the relationship for now. Customer Service ~ A+! He did all he could to help my scheduling issues.
