The original set up of my irrigation system routed lines going under my driveway. I've had this area repaired many times but the weight of the cars and the heat of the concrete kept causing leaks. Since there were no plants or lawn to water in this area of my yard I decided to permanently solve the problem by rerouting the water system to go in the opposite direction, avoiding the driveway compeletely. I called three different companies using Angies List. Out of the three, Sprinkler Doctors were enthusiastic about the job and were also the lowest price. They listened to my idea and were open minded about attempting to tackle the issue. Other companies wanted to just fix the line as it was set up and seemed intimidated by the 'unknown-ness' of my concept. Sprinkler Doctors were not intimidated at all. They allowed me to help, and direct them for better efficiency. Other companies wanted to 'do it their way' and get me out of the way. Sprinkler Doctors only charges $60 per hour. When two men showed up to do the work, they didn't increase the rate. Both guys were really nice, neatly dressed punctual, and respectful of my home. They were delightful to work with and reasonably priced. Use these guys!!

I looked up a irrigation/sprinkler company in my area. Sprinkler Doctor's was the first to answer the phone. Paul came out the next morning and did a great job. Price was reasonable and he was very professional.

He actually called in advance to let me know he was on the way. He tested my entire system and then even helped me look at the pool after we could not find any issues with the irrigation system to find the leak. This is the second time I have used Sprinkler Doctors and I actually requested this company this time through my Home Warranty company because they did such a great job last time. The first time he was out, Eldon actually fixed a couple of my sprinklers, then reset my sprinkler system for the seasonal watering that it needed. I also needed a drip line run for a new tree that I had put in recently - it took him about five minutes. He also recommended a fertilization schedule for going forward. It was really full service and this person is very much somebody I trusted right away to help me do the best thing for my lawn and landscaping. I was just blown away at how knowledgeable and good this guy was at what he did.

The landscaper is really good. I came to know about Viking Brothers since I had the home warranty service contract. I am so glad because the landscaper has been out about 3 times now. He really goes above and beyond to help me. I have had experiences with many of the other people who have come out to get the work done before. I know that they are not making a fortune on this, like if they came out on their own and that?s what I appreciated more. I don?t have to pay anything extra since it?s a part of my home warranty. He is very good when I ask him questions about certain kind flowers, landscaping or anything else. He actually found a leak for me where the water gets into my house which wasn?t part of what he was supposed to do. So, I could call somebody else to fix it. He dug way down because at first he thought that it might be a leak in the drip system and then he dug all the way down to where it was. So I really thought that it was above and beyond. They are licensed as well as bonded which is nice. He has replaced sprinkler heads for me. I had a leak twice in the buried drip part of my sprinkle system and he fixed that. I never had a problem with anything he fixed which is nice too. They put the timer box in the garage about a couple of years ago for some reason. So I left the side door open for him and he came in and worked on it and left. So that?s the kind of confidence I have in him. He couldn?t get into the house, but I have a lot of stuff in the garage and I didn?t have to worry. He answers all my questions. He definitely takes the time and explains everything in detail and that?s something that I appreciate about him. I have always had the same guy come out. The price is always going to be $49. I would definitely have him back if I was going to do any additional work. He is very good when it comes to his punctuality and that?s another thing that I appreciate. I will definitely continue to use his services in the future too.
