Courteous young man, very helpful, and I was extremely satisfied.

The woman who answers the phone and schedules appointments is friendly and helpful. I think the phone only rang twice. We scheduled an appointment that was convenient for me and, even though it was four days away, Eldon called about an hour later to discuss the problem with the drip system. I am pretty familiar with drip systems and told him what I thought was wrong. He actually gave me pricing over the phone for the parts that might have to be replaced. He was not pushy and definitely not arrogant. He is totally customer service oriented. Jason came out on time after calling to let me know he was about 8 minutes away. We talked about the problem and parts. He did not push and gave options about which parts to replace. I asked him to replace everything and be done with it. He had to dig up the box in order to replace the filter and discovered an issue with the way the last installers had angled the pipe. Including walking the line and checking emitters, the job took around 50 minutes. The charge was $110 including parts. A day later I, on Saturday, I noticed a drip at the water turn on valve that I had forgotten about because it was so slow and only dripped when the valve is open all the way. I called and was told Eldon would come out on Monday which was fine with me. Before arriving, Eldon called to let me know he was on the way. He replaced the gasket and washer at my request and charged me only $10 for the parts. Yes, if I could find the exact items I might have saved a buck or two but would have had to install them myself. That was NOT going to happen. Eldon owns the business and is committed to providing excellent service at competitive prices. And he gives a thirty day warranty. I am picky about who I hire and will hire Sprinkler Doctors again if I have drip problems in the future. P.S. - I referred a friend to Sprinkler Doctors a couple of days after my work was done. She got on the schedule right away and is happy with both the work performed and the price.

I'd give this company an 11 if I could. Every person is prompt and professional. Jason called prior to the window of time I was given to give me a better estimated eta. He continued to update me on his eta. Once at the property he was efficient and even took the time to educate me on how to use the timer. The pricing is more than reasonable and the service extraordinary.

I called and left a message with the secretary and it's been 3 days later and no return call. I explained the severity of the issue and was told I'd get a call soon. Very disappointed. There's plenty of other landscapers out there who'll take my business.

I called Sprinkler Doctors and set up an appointment to occur between 2PM and 5PM. Wade, the technician called approximately 2PM and said he would arrive in about 15 minutes. He was right on time. We went outside and Wade examined the valve in question and said " I think we just need to tighten the valve up on the pipe threads". The valve was not threaded on the pipe very snug and moved quite easily. It constantly dripped creating a sizable puddle in the bottom of the box.. Wade quickly disassembled the valve, threaded it up more tightly on the supply pipe and then turned on the water. The leak appeared to be gone but it will take a couple days to let the box dry out as confirmation. Wade said if there are any more issues to just call as the work is under warranty for 30 days. Because the job was fairly quick, about 20 minutes, I only paid $39 as opposed to the $65 hourly rate. Wade was very friendly and educated me on some of the other items in the irrigation box.

Outstanding service. Eldon was actually a little early but called first so no problem. He diagnosed and fixed all of the problems with the irrigation system on my front porch. He was very informative and helpful. I would use Sprinkler Doctors again.

Family owned business, price was fair and service was excellent. I had them replace both drip irrigation valve assemblies for under $200. Week later one of the assemblies stated leaking water so they came out and address the issue. I will hire them again in future.

After three days of freeze in Scottsdale one valve of the sprinkle syste broke. The water was running and I had to shot off the water outside the house. I found this company in Angie's List. I called them and set an appointment. They were very respectful and professionals. They change the valve and made sure that the system was fine and no water was running. They did a good job.

I had a good experience with them. I had multiple leaks and they did it in surprising amount of time. They know what they are doing.

We set an appointment and he arrived promptly. Replaced 1 diaphragm, fixed a switch problem with the timer (which we didn't know we had). Because the system had 2 valves, I had them go ahead and replace the second diaphragm to eliminate any future problems. He is now my go to guy for any of my sprinkler problems. Appreciate the service!

I heard water running one morning and turned off the valves at the house to stop the outside flooding. As it turns out when they came out stupid homeowner problem; valves turned the wrong way. However, someone could have ripped me off by telling me it was something much more expensive. This guy is as honest as the day is long. He just smiled, turned the valves in the right direction, checked the entire system and done! Very professional and I would use them again in a heartbeat. Hard to find service professionals these days who are nice, honest, and show up on time!!

I can't recommend Eldon and Sprinkler Doctors enough! From start to finish, they did what they said and then some. Eldon called every morning to say he was on his way and knocked on the door when he was leaving to tell me the plan for the next day. And they did a great job!! He will be our go to guy for our irrigation system!!

He was really good. He was prompt, showed up on time, and explained what he was doing. He even showed me some things I did not know. His price was better then the other companies I contacted.

I spoke to Eldon early in the morning and they were able to send Paul out that afternoon to fix my systems. Both Eldon and Paul were pleasant and professional. Paul called when he was close by so I knew when he would be arriving. Paul was very knowledgeable and able to fix everything right away. I had a great experience with this company and will be using them going forward and highly recommend.

I recently found that my sprinkler system was running an hour at night and another hour early in the morning. Since I have had 2 lawn service companies work for me within the past 4 months, I couldn't be sure if who or either were to blame. I tried to fix it myself but since I do not know how to program them, I also messed it up. So I called the Sprinkler Doctors. They came when I could be home and then went over every part of the system. They tested each sprinkler head and drip spout. They made a few repairs. Jake offered some advice regarding using the system this time of year which will save me some money. He set everything up so that in the Spring, I can simply flip a switch and everything will be back on. In the meantime, my drip system will water plants every other day. It was obvious that Jake knew what he was doing and I sincerely appreciated that.

Our back yard was saturated and we had contacted several vendors, one of which made 3 appointments and never showed, nor did they call. Others would not service our area (we live at South Mountain). From the first contact this vendor was friendly and helpful. They were able to schedule an appointment within a couple of days and showed up on time. The repair turned out to be a broken diaphram and was taken care of quickly. The gentlemen who came to the house was very informative and took the time to explain the issue as well as offer some guidance on how to most efficiently use our system. Our control box was also not fitted on the outside wall properly, and he took the time to repair this as well. I will be using them again in December to extend our irrigation system to the side yard for a garden. They were great to work with.m

It went well, our irrigation system is not leaking anymore. Their prices seemed reasonable and I was able to get a next day appointment. They were on time and professional.

Called Eldon on a Wednesday regarding multiple irrigation system leaks. He stopped by the next morning and was able to quickly diagnose (true to his company's name, he even used a doctor's stethescope) and fix the problem. He also provided me with a very reasonable estimate to re-do the entire irrigation system. He was professional and courteous. I highly recommend Sprinkler Doctors.

I was very happy with the service and will have them out annually to do inspections for me.
