Sprinkler Doctors sent out their technician to replace our old irrigation timer and install a new irrigation timer. The technician was on time. He was courteous and professional. The job was done in less than an hour. The technician showed me how to use the new timer.

Excellent! $70 compared to the $475 estimate for the very same repair from another company. They were on time, pleasant and quick to do their work. Recommend highly.

Perfect! Arrived as scheduled. Included me in the layout of new system. Returned, when requested to revise some installations.

Everything went well except that because the work was more than the repair person had expected, he had to reschedule for a return visit to complete the work. Also, a little discussion of handling desert landscaping before digging would have saved me some cleanup work after the person left.

Tech was slightly late and outside of the hours given. However, once he was here he quickly fixed some DIY wiring gone wrong for me on our valves. Didn't overcharge for the quick service trip and I was pleased with the level of service.

Alex was the technician that came out on Wednesday 3-7-18, to my house at 27079 N 98TH Drive in Peoria , AZ. Alex did an excellent job and provided best possible service. Went the extra mile. Will have them back for sure and will ask for Alex to do the work. Thanks Tom. 623-203-1587

Was told we had no leak ... fix a couple other sprinkler heads and charged us $75.00

Very well, although they had to come back to tighten attachments.

Never showed for appointment or called to cancel or say they could not make it. Waited around all day on a Friday.

Had to fix more than expected due to the complexity of pipes and the quality of the piping used by the original owner. Was able to solve the problem quickly and get the parts all replaced and put back together quickly.

I have used this company the past 2-3 years and have never had any issues with them. It was time to replace all my irrigation lines and gave me a bid that I felt was reasonable for the work needing to be done. Just had it completed today and couldn't be happier. They arrived on time with a large crew and spent the entire day completing the job. The crew were very professional and the owner is a great guy. Clean up was perfect and walked me through the completed job. I would not hesitate a minute in referring this company out for any of your irrigation needs. Thanks guys!!

Incredibly well. Chad from Sprinkler Doctors called, discussed the issues, found the leak(s), ensured the other Contractor's work was done correctly capping the leak, ensured all zones of sprinkler (4) system and drip system was working well. Reset my timer. Ensured no leak. Chad's has great communication skills and his work instills great confidence. I would highly recommend him and Sprinkler Doctors.

Unfortunately, not very good for the first three times I had his installers come back to fix more problems that were created due to the install as well as actually fix the issues that I initially had problems with. Almost at my wits end, I called Eldon and he offered to come out to personally inspect this job. To my amazement, he was so apologetic and immediately took ownership of the situation. He came out and fixed all my issues beyond my satisfaction for not $1 more. He also apologized for the "short cuts" some of his crew members took. Yes, the initial job was a disaster, but this guy has real integrity in his business dealings. That speaks volumes for me. In addition, while Eldon was out to make sure I was satisfied, two additional (unrelated) problems just came up. Eldon immediately grabbed his shovel and repaired them both for no additional charge. I truly respect that! I will use their services again, anytime. Well done Eldon.

They do a lot of work for me and they are very good. All of the irrigation services charge about the same, I have discovered.

OK, had a water flow problem, but they corrected the problem and it turned out great.

Loren Bennett showed up at the appointed time, suggested a much better and more flexible arrangement, and checked over the rest of my system while he was there. Thanks, Loren!

Loren came out and helped diagnose sprinkler system issue. Found I had both a bad control board and broken sprinkler head. Rather than going to for board replacement, Loren was able to fix it on the spot as well as repair the broken sprinkler head. System was back and operational within an hour.

Fantastic! Would hire them any time I need sprinkler work done.

Loren B. did an excellent job repairing 3 sprinkler heads in our front yard. He was on time, professional and knowledgeable. Loren even adjusted the watering time because he noticed my plants were getting too much water. Would definitely hire again!
