I have used this service in the past and found them to be very responsive and extremely honest in their work. They don't try to oversell any work and I have always been very pleasantly surprised at the cost. I have friends who have had work done by other people but spend a great deal more. I have recommended this service to family and friends.

Wade came as promised and did everything in a timely manner explaining everything that he was doing. He repaired everything in less than an hour and the cost of doing business was extremely inexpensive. I would always use and recommend this company!

Eldon the owner is excellent. He is very thorough and he explained the entire water system. He was set to come out around Christmas and we made the appointment after that time. He is a very nice guy to work with.

We called Sprinkler Doctors based upon a referral and then I looked them up on Angie's List and it confirmed to me that they seemed like a great outfit. They did a excellent job. The work was done timely and in a professional manor and it solved our problems. I highly recommend this service provider.

Eldon and team have excellent communication skills. They arrived on schedule and were very efficient in their work. They kept us informed at all times as to what was being done and their timeline. One part of the project needed to be expanded and Eldon was very flexible and helpful with that process. In all the project was an A++. We will definitely have Sprinkler Doctors back in the future if the need arises.

I first called and had to leave a messaage to schedule repair. A return phonecall was returned quickly and was scheduled for 2 days later, as I called on a weekend. The service provider called ahead to let us know he was on his way and on time. He first checked the timing box to make sure the system was running. He then had to dig where the soaked ground showed an obvious leak and I was told we needed to replace the piping as it was old. The job was finished in a very timely manner, the provider was very professional, sounded knowledgeable and the price for repair service was very fair. I highly recommend Sprinkler Doctors!!

Mother's house was experiencing huge water bills after drip/sprinkler system installation. Contacted Sprinkler Doctors on Tuesday, made an appointment for Friday. Great start! Friday morning the tech called me, said he'd had a cancellation and could come early if possible. Great! He got started before I could get there and had checked everything he could outside. When I got to the house he went and checked inside for potential issues with water running. Found no issues with the sprinkler or drip lines but did find that the timer had been set to run excessively. He corrected this and walked me through setting it up and explaining all the functions of the timer. Overall, I could not be happier with their service. Getting someone out in a couple days was fantastic. The help with the timer was worth the cost alone. The tech that came to the house was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things in terms that I could understand. I would not hesitate to call them again if needed and highly, highly recommend them.

I had an emergency -- the sprinklers would not turn off. I personally shut them off through the controller, and I flpped the electrical circuit. Water was still not shutting off. I had to turn off the water to the whole house to get the lawn sprinklers to shut off. I called sprinkler doctors for an emergency house call -- they came that day and finished within an hour. I'm a very satisfid customer.

Sprinkler Doctors did a great job restoring our lawn sprinklers after they were destroyed by landscapers. They repaired what could be fixed and replaced those that couldn't and fully adjusted them to cover the lawn properly. On time, called in advance and did the work in a friendly, professional manner. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and will be using them again in the future.

Sprinkler Doctors provided excellent service. Honestly, I don't know how he did it without jack hammering up the driveway. When the leak occurred all I could think is this is the WORST place to have a leak. He came and fixed it without a problem. He KNEW what to do.

Jay did an excellent job - describe the workings of the drip system and completely fixed the problem at a very reasonable price. Arrived on time and was very professional and friendly.

It went great! Sprinkler Doctors perfectly fixed and replaced parts of my underground sprinkler system. The tech was very friendly and courteous. And the service was affordable, too!

He was just so great in every respect. He did an excellent job and was very joyful. He whistled and smiled the entire time he worked. Now, my sprinkler has an automatic timer rather than me needing to do the sprinkler manually. I felt that he was very honest and informative; he took the time to explain the whole system to me. I felt really lucky that my home warranty company uses Sprinkler Doctor and I would highly recommend him and I feel he is one of the best repair people I have had around.

Jason was great, he worked quickly and confidently despite the stifling humidity. He was prompt, and provided a courtesy call prior to his arrival. He had everything wrapped up inside of 45 minutes. My irrigation system is now working perfectly. I will certaininly call them again if any more work is needed.

This company was assigned to us through our home warranty company. The technician arrived on time and was very nice and professional. I enjoyed that he wasn't in the least afraid of my large barking dog. In fact the dog decided that the tech was really there just to play with him. He fixed the leak in the drip system hosing for me and put up with me looking over his shoulder and asking questions. After fixing the leak, he showed me how to work the control panel for the drip system and then proceeded to check the drip lines for every single plant on our property and fixed a couple of other things he found wrong. I was very pleased with the experience and will continue to use this company even after our home warranty expires.

Called. Left a message. They called back, I made my appointment. They called me 15 minutes before they showed up. He dug up the leak, fixed it. Clean it up, like he was never there, looked over my whole system. Waited until I could get to him. Answered all my questions and went on his way.

Customer service was great from the phone call to schedule the appointment to Jay, who showed up to do the work. Jay was professional, courteous, and efficient. Diagnosed the problem right away and replaced the valve tops within minutes. Also reprogrammed our system for us. Great job over all and a good value, would call them again in the future.

Excellent! Eldon was prompt in returning calls. He arrived on time- very professional, clean cut, super nice guy. He worked like a maniac- running back and forth between sprinklers and valves. He had me approve his work as he was going along, because he wanted us to be happy. Gave some recommendations about lawn care that would help us avoid raising more heads (and therefore incurring more costs.) We are new to AZ, so we didn't know who to call when we discovered our sprinkler system issues. We turned to Angie's List and checked out all the reviews. We are extremely happy we chose Sprinkler Doctors to help us out, and we will continue to call Eldon and the Sprinkler Doctors for any future issues.

All went fantastic. On time, very knowledgable, great price, all adds up to a very satisfied customer. Have already recommended them to others.

He arrived on time, was very friendly and knowledgeable about our needs. He could have up-sold us a lot since are system is old but he was not interested in that. In fact, when one of the lines sprung a leak the next day, he came out, fixed it and didn't charge us saying it "could have been his fault"! Very professional business person.

I like them. I thought the guy was really personable. I thought he's done a lot for me.

Scheduled an appointment, recevied a call that the technician was on the way, Jason arrived and knocked out each task successfully. He also showed a better way to run the timer.
