Sprinkler Doctors

Very pleased with the repairs. I called Tuesday and Wednesday morning someone was here to complete the repairs.

This is the 3rd time I've used Sprinkler Doctors (my system is starting to show signs of aging) and each time has been great. This time it was Jay that did the repair. He came at the earlier part of the 3 hour schedule window I was given and provided a call when he was on the way. He had everything fixed and cleaned up in about 30 minutes. We discussed some options if this keeps recurring since my system is older. We all know how well rubber and plastic holds up in the AZ heat! As usual, the receptionist was very friendly and returned my call within a couple of hours. Due to the long Holiday weekend I did have to wait about 4 days for an appointment, but it's usually never that long. The technician was prompt and courteous and left the front yard in excellent condition following the repairs.

Wade showed up on time and did a great job. He looked everything over and gave us an estimate. He expertly completed the work on time and on budget. We are very happy with the results.

The Sprikler dr. was responsive to my needs. Offered to come out on Sunday to repair link in system. Arrived on Monday and went right to work completed job in a timely fashion.

It went great. He was honest about the problem and solution and fixed it quickly. I'd use them again for sure!

They had good communication in terms of what the problems with the system are and just kind of recommended solutions. For the work he did, I think the price was pretty good.

Repair service was on time. He identified the leak very quickly, repaired it in no time with parts on hand, at a reasonable price.

They gave me options including price on ways to fix it which I appreciated. All went well and in a timely manner. They did just what they said they would and importantly were up front about pricing before doing the work. They also gave me advise on sprinkler use (as I'm new to desert living) and how to cut down water costs.

Jason did a great job. He was unfamiliar with the timer box, and suggested a different one. But after realizing to get more than four zones the cost of the upgraded box would be too much, we went with the raindrip timer plus exterior box I had bought from the home improvement stores. He didn't charge me for the time we spent debating which box to go with. The irrigation line next to the driveway had been springing leaks so we decided to just replace it. We had already trenched most of it, so Jason finished removal and repacement and recovering. He also dug up a few other lines... not sure if it was necessary, but I decided to have him replace those too to try to prevent future problems. Some drip lines had been damaged from the weed whacker, so he fixed those. Jason was easy to talk to and was a good worker. They're really reasonably and come really quick. They are very reasonably priced and they do some horrible jobs that needed to be done. They were very fast, extremely reasonable, courteous and clean up well. I feel very happy with them. Judging from the past and how responsive they were, I have to saw they were pretty good guys. They're always on time, enthusiastic, and their price is extremely reasonable. I would recommend them to anybody, they're great.

My appointment was scheduled for the morning after I called. My first contact was with Melanie and I was very impressed with how friendly, but not pushy, she was. She explained what to expect the following morning and when to expect it. Everything went exactly as she said and, better yet, exactly at the time she told me. How refreshing! Jason arrived at my house, went to work, and had everything diagnosed and repaired in less than an hour. He then spent even more time explaining the repair, the timer, and the way he set up the system. He also walked the front and back yards with me and made sure we both knew it was all working. Jason was prompt, efficient, and courteous. I really had no idea what the price would be and I was desperate enough with dying plants that I would have paid just about anything! [Not really, but I'm sure you know how I felt!!] He fixed everything, restored my faith in automatic systems, and brightened my day for less than $65. Would I call Sprinkler Doctors again? YOU BET! Will I recommend this company? I'll tell people about them without even being asked! Caution: There is a company called Sprinkler Doctor (not plural) who is not the same one. Accept no substitutes!!

The repair visit went very well!. I would recommend this young man and this company to anyone. He is a great representative for his company!

They're phenomenal. Their prices are reasonable. They can always find and fix whatever is going on. He was here for over two hours. That's good. They get it right and they fix it everytime. They're there when they say they're going to be there. They're the best people I've ever had work on sprinklers. They're an A+. They always send the same guy.

Jason arrived on time and fixed my sprinklers in very quick fashion. He was confident professional young man and I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

After my failed attempts to repair multiple leaks in our drip line I called Sprinkler Doctors. The line was in a tricky location...about 36" inches square with concrete on 3 sides and a large tree stump in the middle. In addition to the leaks, the roots from the stump were squeezing the life out of the poly tubing. Jason arrived right on time and was friendly and professional. He spent hours hacking away at the stump with nary a complaint. In the end, we had a beautifully functioning rerouted line (and it look tons better than my attempts!) Jason also took the time to give me a few tips for the rest of the drip line. I couldn't be happier!

Jason not only promptly repaired the problem, but took time to provide me additional information to utilize my sprinkler system more efficiently. He was very professional, detail oriented and I have 100% confidence in the job he did. I will use Sprinkler Doctors again without hesitation if need be. The reason why I chose this company was due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews on Angie's List. And those reviews are 100% accurate.

I logged on to Angies List after realizing we had a link on our main line. Having a bad back I knew I couldn't bend down to dig out the hole and do the patch job myself. I called several places at 6pm, no one answered. Sprinkler Doctors called me back 5 minutes after leaving a voice mail with them. They set an appointment for 7-7:30am the next morning! He was a little late, but not going to complain morning traffic stinks I get it. The guy showed up in an unmarked truck, spoke to my wife and went to work. He told her it would be 65 for the first hour plus parts and he didn't think he would need more than that. Less than 35 minutes later he was done capped a drip line for me, and fixed the leak in the main line. The bill came to 79.29 with tax and 10 bucks in parts. Hands down the best service I have received from a service provider in a long time! He cleaned up both areas and made them look like new, I couldn't even tell he was here except for the fact that the water wasn't leaking and the drip line had cut and capped instead of sticking out of the ground. I would use this company again in a heart beat!

The service was better than expected! Loren was early and called first to let me know he was coming. I was expecting the repairs to cost a lot, but was pleasantly surprised! I will defiantly use again if an issue arises!

Excellent experience with Sprinkler Doctors! I called, left a voice mail and submitted a request for service on their web site. They got back to me the same day and scheduled a technician to come out on Wednesday between noon and three. I was told the tech would call me prior to arrival to confirm, and Jay did just that. The house call carries a base $60 charge, which more or less is applied to the first hour of work done. Jay was able to quickly identify the problem with one of the valve solenoids. In addition to replacing that he inspected all of the sprinkler heads and found a couple more problems. Lastly he asked if I wanted him to program the timer, which I had him do as well. The systems is running the best it has in 5 years. I'm VERY happy with the entire experience!

They called before arriving and were right on time. Diagnosed which line was leaking and went to work finding the leak. Turns out the leak was under the sidewalk in a drip system line. They made several recommendations on options to repair the line all with the associated cost. We agreed on the repair and they completed in about a half hour. They cleaned up the area where the repair was and returned it back to it's original condition. Very professional and friendly. I would use Sprinkler Doctors again for my next sprinkler repair needs.

I had been putting off repairing our irrigation (partially broken when I bought my house) for about a year, when I finally decided to do something about it. I got a bid from a local company ($$$), and I tried to see if any other companies on Angies List service Maricopa. The answer is no. Besides a few local companies, there aren't many who service this area. So, the day after seeing on of their trucks down the street, I gave them a call, described my problems, and made an appointment over the phone with Eldon for next week. Eldon called ahead, showed up on time, and completed all the work in half the time I thought it would. I will certainly use them in the future, and recommend them without reservations. Very happy. Originally, I called another service provider I used in the past and he did not return my call, so I found the Sprinkler Doctors on Angie's list. They were very friendly and courteous starting with the initial phone call to schedule the appointment all the way through completing the job. What would have taken me all day to diagnose and fix, they did in 2 hours. Their price was very reasonable, and I would definitely recommend the Sprinkler Doctors to others. In fact, I took a couple of extra business cards for my neighbors.

Everything went well. The "doctor" verified the system was working correctly, replaced a leaking gasket and did another check after it was replaced. Overall, a quick visit.
