Mark showed up, found the problem with irrigation drip lines, repaired valves, changed the drip fixtures to the correct ones (put in by a former landscape company who I wont use again) and generally tuned up the drip irrigation for the back yard. Very professional, timely, followed up and I am very pleased with service.

Wade was our technician for this service. Friendly personable greeting, knowledgeable with our sprinkler system and how it works. Totally efficient with no wasted time spent. We appreciated his effort and efficiency.

The work was done well. They even found a leak, which they fixed for free. There were some issues with the bank regarding the charge, but the company was very cooperative and willing to work with me on the issues.

Jason was very thorough. He explained all of the system components, evaluated the full system, each and every drip and found multiple sources of water loss. Made all repairs in a clean and timely fashion and reprogrammed my timer to maximum efficiency. This is the second time I've used this company for irrigation repairs and they are awesome!!

Steve arrived during the scheduled time period. He was clean, polite, and very professional. He listened to our list of issues and toured the property. He was able to quickly and efficiently repair the worn parts and restore the function of the zones that weren't working where our plants were dying. Finally, he used a special tool to find the missing box in the yard that we hadn't been able to find in all the years we've lived here. It was buried under dirt and a bush! He restored the function of that box as well, so he resolved all of the issues we had been suffering with for years. It was worth every penny we spent to have everything working as it SHOULD work. We plan to have Steve come back in the fall and install the parts necessary to water the area where I want to plant a tree--a tree I've wanted for 15 years! Over the years we've repaired this sprinkler system in a piece-meal fashion--at least the parts we could find. But there's a lot to be said for hiring an experienced professional--one who works confidently, explains what he's doing, and does repairs the right way. I'm only sorry we didn't find Sprinkler Doctors and Steve a long time ago.

Received call to schedule my repair within 1 business day. Repaired within 2 business days and showed up when he was supposed to. This is the second time I have called them out for a repair and are very responsive and professional. I will use them again when needed. Thanks Jay!

I've been using Sprinkler Doctors for several years. Since the first visit I have always asked for Loren, my original technician. I trust him totally and he never lets me down. He has kept my system running well past its life expectancy.

Jason called before appointment time and arrived promptly. I explained the problem and showed him the system. He simply reinstalled some parts I had already replaced, but I had installed one part incorrectly. Jason was simply an honest guy - he could have replaced the entire valve, or most of it, and charged a lot more, and I wouldn't have known the difference. It's great to find a company with ethics and honesty. Kudos to Sprinkler Doctors and to Jason.

Steve arrived early within the window provided and quickly found all leaks in our irrigation system. In less than 2 hours he had fixed them all! It was such a relief for us to get them repaired, as we were trying to sell the house and the leaks were making a mess. I would definitely recommend these guys!

It went very well, Loren was very helpful answering my many questions on watering system. He found problems fast an was able to fix. I would use him again.

Broken drip system line flooded my backyard. Within minutes Jay found the leak and replaced a portion of the pipe. He also set up a drip line to a new planter.

It was AWESOME! They told me when I could expect them, Loren called to say he was on the way and got here early. I went over all my concerns with Loren and he explained what was needed. The repairs were done right then. And I am a very happy camper.

Sprinkler Doctors was great from the beginning. Fast response to my initial call and I was given an estimate in a reasonable amount of time. The price was very reasonable and the design and planning was great. Eldon and his rockstar team came out and rebuilt almost my whole system in a day -- and did it right! It rained that day so things were a little messy when they left (this was unavoidable)... Eldon cam back a few days later after things had dried and cleaned it up. Eldon is great: super friendly, very knowledgeable and has a great attitude. Overall, awesome people, awesome work. I'm super happy with the results. I would not call anyone else for my irrigation needs.

I contacted sprinkler doctors via website and they called me back the same day and scheduled a visit the next day. I had leaks under driveway front yard and sidewalk in backyard. Jay the technician got digging for just a short time found the leaks replaced the lines and repaired 2 bad solenoids crack in manifold in back yard and a bad pressure regulator. Replaced bad sprinkler head in backyard and adjusted the rest. He checked out the system timer and programmed it. Recent surgery made it impossible to do this myself. Now that I found the sprinkler drs I am not ever doing it myself even if I can. The cost was $241.00 that I am very happy with. Call them and fix your problem.

I love this company. Loren always prepares me in advance with an estimate that has always been close to the actual ending price. When he fixes something it stays fixed. I love that. No piles of dirt remained when he left. All was replaced and smoother out better than before.

The technician arrived as scheduled. He quickly found and repaired the problem. I asked him to check the entire drip system, which he did. He found a missing emitter and replaced it. He also helped me review the functions and settings on the Rain Dial control. This was a perfect service call. The technician was professional, efficient and friendly. I learned a lot from him about how to use our system effectively.

Service was quickly performed and thorough. Timer repair required replacing its most critical component, the control board. My own familiarity with timers made me expect this. The service person carries a full line of such replacement parts for major timer brands, so this was done promptly. I've used Sprinkler Doctors before on my rental properties. Only one very minor complaint; they show up early on occasion before I can get to the property .

Did a good job, answered any questions I had, explained why things were done certain ways, why certain trees were watered and how much water to give them.

They were very professional and showed up on time. He was more than fair with me and explained everything he had done. Will recommend him to a friend.

I noticed a small puddle in my back patio area where irrigation lines were buried. After calling Sprinkler Doctors, they sent someone out the next day. Jason diagnosed the problem very quickly and set about correcting the cracked irrigation line. He completely cleaned up the area when he was finished, so you would never know there had been a problem. He asked me if I had any other questions or concerns, and so I asked him to replace a few aging emitters that needed attention. Jason was very knowledgeable and friendly. I will call them next time I have any irrigation issues. It was nice to finally find a vendor who will come out for a small job.

Work went very quickly and problems were all solved perfectly. Person that did the work was very accommodating and friendly.
