It went very well. Jason arrived on time, quickly assessed my needs, and quoted a fair price for the repairs. It didn't take him long to get the job done and he left the work area in a tidy condition. I will most likely call on Sprinkler Doctors again.

Wade educated me on the issues we had and why we woke up to a flooded yard. He was diligent and worked quickly to make all repairs. Wade also provided exceptional customer service and was very friendly!

Loren did a great job fixing our leaks. He called and let us know he was on his way to the house. We showed him where we thought the leak was and he turned on the system and verified the leak. He dug up the spot and found three leaks and fixed them. This is the second time we used him and will call again if we have any problems.

Best customer Service in the valley!! I'm new to Phoenix and had an issue with my sprinkler system. Not only were you prompt, but Loren Bennett was probable one of the most professional technicians I've ever met. He fixed the issue, then took 10 min to explain how my system works and made sure I was able to program it on my own. I will ALWAYS call him to fix my sprinklers, you have just earned a customer for LIFE!!!! You are lucky to have Loren Bennett as an employee, he's a wonderful representative of your company and your values. Other companies would be lucky to have Loren as their employee!! Loren Bennett came out to do the work. He first checked our meter and discovered we were watering one zone for 50 minutes instead on 20. He went through each zone an made sure they were set to what we wanted. He then went to fix the leak. Before he covered up his repair, he made sure I saw what he did, turned the system back on to test it, and then covered it back up. I would recommend the Sprinkler Doctors if you need irrigation work.

I can’t say enough about Sprinkler Doctor’s! We’ve had them out a few times and have been beyond happy with the personalized service they provide. We were so impressed by Loren Bennett the first time he came out we specifically asked for him when our sprinkler timer was starting to fizzle out. Loren was extremely nice, listened to our concerns and guided us to the best solution for our circumstances each time with the utmost professionalism and care. The technician,Wade Lecheminant,first gave me a call informing me how quickly he would be at my residence.He was right on time. He explained to me exactly what he was doing and showed me what was needed with the sprinkler system to operate at full efficentcy. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He reset my timer for the operating times and gave me instructions concerning overall operation of the drip and sprinkler system. He was very professional and I would recommend him to everyone in need of sprinkler repairs.

If I knew of a word better than EXCELLENT, I would use it with this company. Our "doctor" who's name I believe was Loren arrived on right on time. He replaced our Rainbird in no time at all. He then found 2 large leaks in our pool equipment area. One of the leaks was UNDER our cemented down shed. He was able to fix both with no problems. There were also 2 leaks in the front yard I had not noticed at all which he took care of. I would highly recommend this company for any watering issues you may have.

Steve arrived within agreed time window. Very courteous and knowledgeable. I thought my controller had been 'fried' when the electric company replaced my electric meter. While Steve had a replacement panel in his vehicle and could have sold me a new panel he was able to reset my existing panel (not apparent to the consumer) and got it working again. Will get my future business.

Amazing customer focus and service. They didn't try to up sell me on redoing my system. Instead, they painstakingly went over my system and identified inexpensive ways to improve things. One of the best service experiences I have ever had. True professionals in every regard. Thank you Jason!

Steve showed up between promised times. Diagnosed why I was having a slow drip on one zone of my drip system. Replaced diaphragm and showed me how to do it myself next time.

They re-routed my sprinkler lines around a large tree. They had to trench a path around my big pine tree. The tree's roots were breaking the pipes causing multiple repairs. They trenched through the lawn, under the brick border then through gravel up to the sprinkler box. In trenching they did hit roots multiple times and the ground has cliché in it making the trenching difficult. After laying the new pipe they covered the trenched area to my satisfaction. I would hire them again.

I called Sprinkler Doctors to come to my home to try and find a leak in my irrigation lines. My system was put in 18 years ago and this was the third leak issue in a year. After extensive digging, the leak was discovered and the recommendation was made to replace all the lines. I heartily agreed. The new lines were installed a few days later along with a new valve. Since the whole area had to be replaced, I was initially horrified to see all the piles of dirt in my patio area. I shouldn't have worried, they completely cleaned up the entire area to a pristine condition. I am so pleased with this company's professionalism and prompt response to my problem. They even changed the emitter sizes when they noted my plants had outgrown their initial emitter sizes, and all my plants look a lot healthier now. I will always call Sprinkler Doctors for any irrigation issues in the future.

Excellent service! Professional, Efficient, friendly. 100% recommend them! I wish every repair went this smoothly! He fixed multiple leaks, timer and reprogrammed the system for fall weather.

Loren was great! Was good at explaining, trouble shooting, and repairing our system. I had a drip line that wouldn't work, and through process of elimination he was able to get the visible lines working. I found another valve I don't remember us covering though that may tie in w/the system and will have him back to make sure I don't mess anything up! Will be calling for Loren again!

Our Sprinkler Doctors "doctor" was Loren Bennett, a very professional and skilled irrigation technician. We explained the issues to him and he immediately began his assessment and service work to get the system into top condition. He knew from experience and technical trouble-shooting what the faults were and how to fix them. Loren was very good at explaining what he would do, what parts were needed, and kept us informed as he worked. In the end he reviewed the control box settings and programs. As a result, we are highly satisfied customers and will always trust Sprinkler Doctors to maintain our irrigation system and now have their label on our control box for future calls if needed. Loren is not only professional, but has great interaction skills and an easy manner in working with clients. He is an excellent representative of Sprinkler Doctors.
