Mark D. was polite and professional. He explained what needed to be done, performed the necessary repairs, and then tested / reviewed the sprinkler system.

Had an appointment to look at my valve on Wednesday, February 22. Roberto called to set a time. After talking with him I found that someone had to be there as my controls are inside the garage, which is locked. I told him I couldn't be there until after 5 and maybe 6. He fully accommodated our schedule and we met at 6:20pm and magically replaced some parts...in the dark. We've used Sprinkler Doctors before with success, but this time he really went out of the way to help.

Eldon, the owner, met with me to discuss the project, going over all the details. He was very patient and explained exactly what materials they would use and how they would do each aspect of the project. He made some recommendations that resulted in making some changes, as they were an improvement over my original plans. I over-viewed the project and I can't say enough about the truly professional workmanship shown by all the crew members. There were 4 crew and Eldon the owner working this job. They did everything as I would have done it, taking no shortcuts. We were so happy with their work that the church has decided to engage Sprinkler Doctors as our regular irrigation service company.

They did an excellent job. About 7 guys showed up and they looked like good people. They were on time, very professional, and did everything I could have asked or expected exactly according to my wishes. We will plant trees and bushes all around, so they marked the spots and put the drip lines in accordingly. They even set the timer for trees and bushes so I didn't need to do anything. They took out our old drip lines and cleaned up everything beautifully when done. Our plants have been growing greener ever since these guys came through. Our family couldn't be happier with Sprinkler Doctors. Thank you!

Excellent... Wade came out looked at yard..Answered all my questions ..Gave me A quote. set up time to do work. . Wade came back and went right to work.. he cleaned up everything after him and left the yard totally clean he also checked to make sure every sprinkler came up and worked before leaving and that it was all rewired to the new control box and everything was working perfectly

Took while to figure out the problem (where the leak was coming from) - no fault of the service man. He worked very hard to sort out the problem and did a great job!

The service tech was Jason Dern, who provided excellent service in every respect. He immediately identified the problem and effectively made the repairs. He arrived on time after calling ahead. He was great to work with and really knew his business.

I recently reached out to Sprinkler Doctors to help fix some irrigation leaks and damaged Sprinkler heads in an effort to prepare for putting in my winter lawn. Their technician Wade did an amazing job diagnosing the problems and getting them fixed. When an unforeseen problem popped up a few days later, Wade came out that next day to fix the problem right away since I had seed and mulch on the lawn and need that water working. All in all they were a breeze to work with and schedule. Their prices were also very reasonable compared to other estimates

Wade from Sprinkler Doctors arrived on time. He was very ;polite and professional. He provided service with a smile. When the job was completed he shook my hands and wished me a good rest of my day. How often does that happened. He replaced the timer on the sprinkler system and made sure the water was pushing through the hose to water the plants. He had the parts with him so he was able to complete the work in one visit. I expressed to Wade I had to leave by a certain time and asked if that would be enough time to do the work. He replied, "it should only take about 30 minutes". In 30 minutes he had finished the work. My sprinkler system is working fine now. Before he left Wade showed me how to change the auto timer and check to ensure the hoses was working. I will definitely recommend Sprinkler Doctors. When you call to make an appointment as for Wade. He's really good. Good person with a nice smile. He made my day.

I will continue to use them and I will have them come back in November and redo my entire system.

Great! The tech found the source of two leaks in the PVC, one that I knew about and another that I didn't.

We contacted this firm through Angie's List and received a call back quite promptly from an employee. I described what we were interested in (as above) and she said she would have to have "the boss" call us to discuss the details. I requested when he might call back: she said he would contact us within one week. This was on October 6 -- as of October 18 we have heard nothing. No call from "the boss", no call from anyone at Sprinkler Doctors.

Hired Sprinkler Doctors via One Guard Home Warranty. They called to book appointment within a few hours and scheduled for the next business day. Mark Dern, the technician, called when en route and showed up within the window I had expected. He not only assessed the problem in detail, but took the time to explain to me what caused it, what to look for, and how to read the meter at the street to narrow the problem down if water use is high again. These guys have always done great work for me, and are one of the few vendors that One Guard recommends that I WOULD hire at my expense to fix something that was not covered by the warranty or to replace my system when the time comes. 5-stars for this service. While they may be busy and it may take time to schedule a visit, they do an excellent job. Mark Evans and his team of folks do an excellent job on my lawn every time. At first it is always worth to look beneath the surface of the problem and Mark does it every time, consistently. He even educated me on my aging sprinkler system - also how to use manual/automatic modes besides fixing my sprinkler leak issue.

The technician was prompt and called about 15 minutes ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive. He was patient when I answered the door slowly because of my walker. He reviewed all of the work that needed to be done and also said he would check my other drip lines. He went to work and completed the work in less than an hour. He was pleasant and told me when everything was done. I couldn't be happier and would hire them again.

i contacted sprinkler doctors to service my irrigation system that was not functional for about 6 months. My technition was punctual and even contacted us 30 prior to arriving. My service tech was name Loren B. He was friendly and informative. He listened to my concerns about my system and went about checking them accordingly. I had to have my timer replaced as well as a couple sprinkler heads. Loren replaced my timer and took the time to teach me how to adjust my timer, he explained the steps and walked me through it. I was impressed with sprinkler doctors and will use them in the future.

Jason from Sprinkler Doctors was the best! He was patient when showing me how to operate what I consider the complicated sprinkler master control for my new home. He even offered to come back if I have problems in the future. Now my grass is green again.

I couldn't be happier with these guys. They solved several problems in my complex irrigation/sprinkler system... and always seemed happy to do it. Patient, never frustrated, just persistent at getting everything working. I will always use them. JD, Steve and Eldon were completely professional and the work was reasonably priced.

They just weren't very good about following up on stuff. So I wouldn't use them again. It was for my tenant. I had to ask them to call me and then I asked them to send me a receipt and they never did. They just didn't follow through on stuff. They fixed the problem.
