We had some kitchen cabinets repaired and repainted and a new back splash installed because of a water heater leak. Sam Coffey was very personable and managed the project with excellence. All of the sub contractors were excellent and best of all the project was done within two weeks. Amazing! I highly recommend S&B Renovations.

Sam and his subs did a very good job; the quality was very good and on schedule as proposed. All of them were good to work with. They also did some additional work that we requested within the overall timeframe.

Sam Coffey, Owner, is wonderful. Very attentive. Always on time. The project has gone smoothly right on schedule. He has a great crew. The tile guy who did my backsplash was wonderful. The painters are so great. This project has gone even better than expected.

All the workers involved were polite, prompt and very clean.

You won't find anyone more professional than Sam and his crew. Extremely knowledgeable and efficient as well. Sam has great communication and reliable on all projected timelines. Sam and his crew installed Hardie Plank siding and smooth coat stucco to our house exterior followed by paint as well. I will definitely be using Sam for several other projects I have planned in the near future.

Sam and the team were great and very professional, all the work was completed the work when they promised. We asked to came back to repaint our bathroom as my wife changed her mind on the color and they did it for a very reasonable fee-

Sam and his crew were on time everyday and worked a full 8 hours. Sam would call me each night to give me updates on what they found and possible changes that might need to be made. The crew was very friendly and worked very hard each day. Job was complete on time with great satisfaction. Hoping to hire Sam again to remodel bathrooms.

Fantastic customer service and quality of work. Had to re-schedule twice due to rain with no problems. The owner Sam Coffey came out for the initial quote fast. Sam and his team did an excellent, high quality job of painting my house! They did a great job of preparation and were able to fix problems with wood trim and stucco rather than just painting them over as some would. They started on time and finished on time which was important to me. His workers were polite and respectful. The price was reasonable. I would certainly hire them again for any home project - they do it all.

Five stars is too little for the AWESOME job they did. The work is gorgeous. On time. On budget. Clean. Fantastic crew. Sam was there to check on the work. Passed inspection the first time, every time.

I contacted many contractors for this job. I was amazed, even starting with the bid process how a builder can turn you off. Sam Coffey was honest, thorough, wrote up a detailed cost analysis and was easy to deal with. I had dreaded doing this project. A 1970s bathroom had to be demolished and replaced with shower stall, cabinets, tiling for shower and floors and all the other fixtures like faucets, lights etc. Sam estimated 3-4 weeks. It was 4 weeks exactly. Sam uses his own subcontractors so there was somebody working on the project every day. Sam stopped by our house to check on everything almost every day. This is a Master bathroom so everything in the Master bedroom was protected with plastic as were the carpet wherever they would be walking. If we needed help with color choices, placement of shower heads and other bathroom items they have done so many bathrooms that they were very helpful. Price was one of the lowest but keep in mind a major remodel is expensive. My advice, pick a bid that works for your budget, with a contractor who is knowledgeable, that uses his own subcontractors and is easy to work with. One day I hope to do a kitchen remodel, also 1970s, and I would use Sam again.

I highly recommend Sam Coffey for your bathroom remodel! He and his crew did an excellent job! He created a new design and worked with us step-by-step to explain the process and get it done on-time! He works fast, but doesn't cur corners. Wonderful experience!

Great attention to detail. Used top quality paint. Sam checked on the status of the project continuously, both with his crew and with us. I hired Sam's company to paint most of the rooms in our house. Sam and his painters were reliable, on time, polite, and courteous. We are very happy with the work they did. The painters showed up every day on time and cleaned up at the end of each day. I recommend this company for painting.

Liked Sam from the beginning. Interviewed two others, but had the best feeling from Sam. We remodeled a bathroom in our rental in Long Beach. Sam and his team were willing to work with out tenants work schedules. They were very conscientious in covering up tenants belongings as well as the wood flooring. Sam kept us updated on progress of job and informed us as to what we needed to buy to keep job on schedule. Sam's tile person did an excellent job on the floor and tile surrounding tub. The painting job was excellent as well. Overall, we could not be happier with the work and choice of Unique Coatings and Construction.
