We also had our outdated aluminum patio cover painted. They used a special paint for metal. It looks wonderful & just like new!

We had them remodel our master bath. As noted by other reviewers, this was not the lowest quote we received. But we sure were glad we went with it. They were clean. They were on time every day. Every morning, Sam (the owner) would show up and tell us what would be done that day. He would come by at the end of the day to inspect the work and tell us what the plan was for the next day. Great communication. There were no surprises (from them anyway, our house wasn't as accommodating). They were able to accommodate the changes we decided on at the last minute with no fuss and little additional expense. We liked them so much, we hired them again to do our second bathroom. I could not recommend this company more strongly.

They were not the lowest quote I received, but wow, what a great value. Everything was prepped properly, draped or taped off and cleaned up daily. All the guys were pleasant and eager to please. Sam stopped by every day to check progress and quality. Work was done when they said it would be at the price they said they'd do it for. Place looks great.

Sam was very pleasant, professional, and patient with us. He walked us through the whole process and told what day certain jobs were going to happen. My dog liked all the workers, too. He even went out of his way to help us decide on difficult decisions. We would recommend him to our friends and family!

Sam was very professional and timely with his quote and communicated well through the whole process. His team did an excellent job of prepping before painting. My last paint job on my house only lasted only 2 years but I feel that this will last a lot longer. Sam and his crew even did a little more work for us that was out of scope. Sam and his team did an exceptional job, they were careful not to destroy my roses, cleaned up perfectly, and the house looks terrific. I'm extremely happy with my bathroom remodel. Sam was awesome from start to finish, from the bid through to the final inspection. He was on site most days making sure things went smoothly. He took care of the permit and inspections and was flexible with changes added while the work was in progress. His crew was always on time and did amazing work. I especially loved the tile results, and, what went into the shower before tiling blew me away. Not to mention, these guys worked on the 2nd floor of an un-air-conditioned home during a heat wave. The owner Sam came to our house twice for a free estimate and immediately handed us a list of references. Sam is very professional, friendly, always returned calls/emails timely, and genuinely cares about his service and customers. His team did a wonderful job painting the exterior of our house and we appreciated them pointing out a board with terminate damage that needed to be replaced. They were professional, completed the job on time and on budget. Sam came every morning with the crew to discuss any concerns and everything suggested was addressed without complaint. We would us them again.

The owner of this Company, Sam Coffey, is a consumate professional and sincerely cares about the client. He has been in the Contractor business for a long time so has lists of referrals for supplies, other places of business specializing in home improvements, maintenance, etc. He is like the brother you'd call to suggest how to get something fixed in your home. He follows up to make sure you're happy with the progress of the work. I'm grateful I found someone this reliable on Home Advisor--thank you.

It is very hard to find a contractor that has excellent communication and project management skills. Sam stands out from the rest due to these two important qualities. Hire this company. They painted the interior of my four bedroom , two bath, two story home in preparation of sale. The walls were rough due to wallpaper being removed. They covered all of my carpet in plastic, my lamps, my furniture to protect it all from the paint. Amazing work!! They will be my go to for all future work.

This could have been a great bathroom remodeling project, but unfortunately Sam has no customer service skills and did not fulfill the terms of his contract. He is motivated by completing jobs and getting paid versus making sure his customer is happy with the work. His crew did a decent job, but definitely need overseeing by the homeowner or its sloppy work. In short, I was left with a ceiling repair that looks horrible and leaky shower head among other things. If you use Sam be prepared, once he gets paid, you will not hear from him again. He lacks business savvy and customer care skills.

This is a company that does what they promise, namely a great job with the complete satisfaction of the customer as their goal. I will definitely use them again on any home improvement projects I have in the future.
