Our wood siding needed an incredible amount of TLC, and they worked tirelessly to get it looking new again. His team went above and beyond, offering some of the best customer service I've ever seen. They were friendly, meticulous and an overall joy to have around. And, of course, his price was unbeatable. You won't find painters with a better work ethic! Unique Coating did a great job painting the interior of our home and installing the base and crown modling throughout. Sam was great to work with, and he is very helpful in ever aspect. His price was very reasonable, and he kept in constant touch during the project. All the painters were friendly and complied with all of our requests. Kevin, who has a carpentary background, did an excellent job with the base & crown moldings. We will definitely hire them again for future projects and refer them to others.

We are very particular, so a four star from us is probably similar to a five star from most people. Sam and his crew were diligent and timely. We needed the job done by a specific date and they made it happen. Work looks very good. A few details were overlooked, but I know a call to Sam would result in him coming out to fix them quickly. Sam offered specific decorating suggestions relative to the paint colors and schemes which were helpful. Used only top quality Dunn-Edwards products. Price was fair. Not the lowest quote we received, but I trusted Sam in our home and to do a great job, and he did not disappoint in any way.

Please use Unique Coatings if you decide you want their workday to begin at 9:30am INSTEAD of the 8:00AM time that's promised. Conflicting work projects also ensure crews leave early turning your 3-4 day job into a 5-6 day project. Clean up is minimal. Prep is a disaster! 1/2 the home was not primed. Prepare to whip out your check book twice once Unique Coatings and the owner is completed - or not. A crew helper, stepped on a main line sprinkler supply and admitted to the accident. Then advised us to fix and submit repair bill. Spoke with Sam, the owner who advised, "Not his problem," and refused to reimburse us! Not recommended! Grade C+

Amazing experience! From day-1 of the estimate, I was impressed with Sam Coffee (owner of Unique Coatings) on his work ethics! Though his estimate was not the �cheap� one I had, he explained that components that gone into the estimate (e.g. texturing the wall) for me to better appreciate his value. Also Sam was upfront to give references; when I called 3 of the references, all were unanimous to give very positive experience! I ended up doing interior painting (including popcorn removal from ceiling), base board for the entire house and crown molding for formal dining area. The dealings were pretty straight and candid. We love the new look!

We haa great experience with Sam and his team! From the initial quote process through final inspection it was all about us and our needs. They have exceptional communication, arrived on-time each day, kept the site clean and tidy, and above all did outstanding work. I highly recommend Unique Coatings - as I type this they are now painting my parent's house.

Did exterior paint of a very old/outdated house....turned out great. Very professional. Reasonable price. Worked around our schedule. Made sure we were 100% satisfied before calling the job complete. Wish we would have hired Sam for our interior job. We will definitely be using him again.

These guys had to put with my three dogs barking from inside the house for days while they worked. My house is nearly 100 years old mission style. The guys cut away some old security iron work, repaired the crawl spaces, power washed the terra cotta. Then they painted the doors a nice bright red. The house was painted white with dark brown trims. I was very pleased with the results.
