I had the entire outside of two story home painted. many years of neglect. The team outstanding job, prepare surface, and paint. Well done of stucco,bondo work and sanding. Always on time, worked hard and cleaned up. The owner easy to talk to too. Looks great.

I was very fortunate to work with the owner Sam. He came out to my house immediately and understood the "time element" in getting the house painted quickly and professionally. He actually started that day, by power washing the house and having me choose colors! Two days later, the exterior and trim of my house was perfectly painted. I would definitely recommend unique coatings to anyone. The painters who worked with Sam took time and detail to make sure I was happy and that everything was perfect. They cleaned up after themselves, and left me lots of touch-up paint, clearly marked.

Overall good experieince. Professional and everyone was pleasant to work with. Happy with results, my home is beautiful!!!

Sam and his team at Unique Coatings was fantastic. I have a 1918 Craftsman and was very concerned that whoever I chose knew how to work on these historic homes. Unique Coatings certainly dose. He even provided me with a list of references in my area to contact and check out his work. They were very professional, and knowledgeable. Sam followed up with me every day to make sure I was happy with how the work was progressing and to see If I had any comments or concerns. He uses quality paint and his crew cleaned up every day. Go with Sam, You won't be disappointed. My neighbors have already asked him for quotes for their homes.

Painting was acceptable and neat

Unique Coatings painted our kitchen cabinets and replaced the hardware. Overall they did a pretty good job and I am pleased. Sam lowered the bid at first to match our other bid, but quickly talked it back up for details and things that should have been included anyway. They finished when they said they would, but at the expense of quality. I would have preferred that they had taken more time to patch and prime, and allow the frames to cure before installing the doors. As a result there were a lot of touch ups needed, but Sam came back to take care of it. They are eager to please, but not as meticulous as I would like.

Seymour came out to do the estimate, and it was very fair. It fact it was the lowest bid I received out of 3 bids. Then I read reviews on Unique, and I was more impressed. Sam came out that next Monday with his crew and they did a great job. I especially like the "extra" things they did ... paint the light 6 fixtures on the exterior of the house. Everything turned out really nice ... neighbors like it too. We will definitely call Unique again ... they also do garage floors. Debi

Sam gave us frankly the lowest price! We needed some water damaged wooden eves repaired, and he did a great job of matching original colors. It really gave our house a great face lift. Fast and clean work. His workers were very careful w/ some old windows and also an old medal roof, nothing broken or bent. Overall good Job.
