They did a great job and very quickly but there were two areas one of which was included in the bid that did not get painted. The area that was in the bid was hard to reach but nonetheless it was to have been painted and wasn't. The other area was not included because it was metal (we only had them paint wood areas) which I did not know at the time of the bidding. It needed (still does) to be painted and should have been pointed out to me at the outset. All of the rest of the work was very good and I was very happy with the quality of work.

I felt comfortable with Sam and his men from the begining. He is very customer focused and made it a good experience. My husband and I have done many home projects so I know how things can get dirty from all the dabree. He really stressed with his crew that things need to be kept covered and he was always on time and did just what he said he would. I plan to use him again.

Sam and every member of his crew were extremely professional, experienced, courteous, and helpful. They took measures to protect the plants and other items around my house. Their work and product demonstrated their experience and expertise.

The work was done well and on schedule.

We chose to be very involved in the details, as we new what we wanted. The contractors were good about understanding and follow details very well. They are high quality installers not designers. Make sure you know what you want, have a designer, or just understand what you are getting. I would definitely recommend Unique

The owner, Sam, and all of the employees were extremely professional and attentive to the details of the project. They arrived on time and cleaned up every evening. There was a minor problem with some of the stucco patching. However, they continue to work on the problem until it was resolved properly and now it is beautiful. These were some of the best contractors I've worked with and I would highly recommend Their services. Thanks Sam, great company.

I am very pleased with the entire project performed by Sam and his team at Unique Coatings and Construction. They painted the exterior of my home, my block walls, added redwood fencing above the walls, installed security doors, and gave their opinion when I asked for their input. I highly recommend them. They are courteous, professional, and truly hard workers.

Sam and his crew were great to work with!! Sam was exceptionally responsive and easy to work with. The work was quality and delivered on time. His crew worked weekends to make sure our home was ready on time. We choose Unique Coating partially because of the other services they provide (besides painting). Sam and his team were wonderful! Sam was very professional and easy to talk to. His team was great! They worked hard and finished the work in 2.5 weeks exactly as planned. They redid 2 of our BR: replace shower, bath, toilets, tile walls/floors, new vanities etc. They did a great job but the one thing that bothered me was that I was never ready to pick the tile or the paint color when I was asked to, so make sure you know what you want before you start your project cause they really do stay on schedule and work fast. I would definitely hire Sam & his team again.

Unique Coatings and Construction (UC&C) painted my house and gave it a facelift, installing decorative molding around windows and garage door. UC&C did a wonderful job. The UC&C team was prompt and on time every day. They were hard workers and demonstrated pride in their performance, ensuring the job was performed right and with quality results. UC&C was upfront with their capabilities and very knowledgeable on construction issues. I give UC&C a "Thumbs Up" on a job well done. The owner called me almost immediately and set up an appt to see my home to give me a quote that day. He was very efficient and gave me an excellent price. His guys did a fabulous job and got the job done faster than they even anticipated. I highly recommend this company. I was even able to leave the keys with his guys as I was out of town the two days they were painting. Very trustworthy, hardworking guys. I'm very happy with their work!

Every aspect of our exterior home repaint was handled exceptionally well. The estimating and project initiation was straightforward. We were provided a thorough and accurate work order before work began. The painting crew was on-time, diligent, courteous, and very customer-focused at all times. The painting process included thorough preparation and skillful application. No mess, no overspray, good even coverage with crisp borders everywhere. They cleaned up thoroughly every day and ensured 100% satisfaction at the end of the project. The experience was excellent, and so is the end result!

We went with Unique Coatings and Construction because they were reasonably priced and not just painters. Sam Coffey was great with following up and communicating throughout the project. The workers were friendly and dedicated, arrived on time and worked hard throughout the project. Our house had not been painted in years and has been suffering from deferred maintenance on the exterior. The crew power-washed, repaired defects in the stucco, scraped the old, flaking paint on the fascia boards and thoroughly prepped the house before applying the paint. We love the end result and would highly recommend Sam and his team without hesitation.

The team showed up on time and was respectful of our property by protecting all plants around the house. Clean up daily was good. they installed new lights to replace old ones and did qualtity job. Our home is like new.
