Royal Window Cleaning

Although this company did not have a whole lot of reviews on Angie's List, I chose them based on the few available and that they hit on all the salient points. Royce & Zak came today and I, too, highly recommend them! They did a perfect job. The windows, screens and tracks look great, and they left my two-story house spotless. Plus, they were very reasonable --- there was absolutely no hassle, no double speak, or hidden charges, which I cannot say about one other company I contacted before Royal. If you hire these guys, I don't think you're going to be disappointed.

Zac and partner were very thorough in washing windows, cleaning window and sliding door tracksand all mirror glass. Inside they wore shoe covers over their shoes and took extra precautions to insure that floors and window seals were covered in the areas they were working. They were responsive to several additional cleaning requests and cleaned a glass shower surround at no additional charge. They brought to our attention a couple of items that may need maintenance attention in the future such as a sliding door track that is showing signs of wear. (They do not do repairs and were not trying to sell additional work) When they were finished our windows were never cleaner and I was the one that cleaned them in the past.

Super nice guys, very professional, courteous, and friendly; this is a two-man operation, so you won't get a quote from one guy and then have the work done by some strangers. They thoroughly cleaned my filthy windows - changed the entire appearance of my two-story 4,000-sq-ft home. I'm going to have them back at least once a year from now on, and will highly recommend them to all of my neighbors and friends.

Both Royce and Zak, the owners, were very professional, getting right to work and doing an outstanding job. I had not washed the windows in quite a while and they certainly showed it. When they were done, everything just sparkled. They also have a 15 day rain guarantee included.
