I liked the fact that Roger responded to my request for service immediately. Roger was available to complete the work the same day I called him. Roger came over to the property and text-ed me an estimate for the work. The estimate was reasonable and the exact amount that I was willing to pay. I called him after I received the estimate,arranged for him to complete the work and then be paid the same day. When we talked on the phone it was my understanding that the portion of the wet damaged drywall on the ceiling would be replaced and then painted. When my husband arrived home about six p.m. Roger was finishing up the painting. My husband asked him if he replaced the dry wall and Roger replied that it didn't need to be replaced. Despite the fact the drywall was not replaced, Roger's work was still excellent and you can't tell that the ceiling drywall had previous water damage. I would call this provider again for drywall repair.

Had damaged drywall in our master bathroom. Roger cut out the damaged drywall, determined the cause of the water and replaced the affected area. He was very professional and reasonable.
