I would like to take this opportunity to express our sincere appreciation to RMK Windows and Blinds for their professional and outstanding service during the process of replacing our windows and doors. Through this process the company was very attentive to making sure that the total process was easy, as well as being comprehensive. Our sales person Jake always followed through with providing us with timely answers to questions and letting us know where things stood in the process of ordering, installing, and checking installation for correctness. We were impressed with the team work that all of the employees displayed and the neatness and cleanliness of the work areas at the end of each day. Again we give a very positive shout out to the whole company and would recommend them to those looking for a great window and door. We recommend you give them a look as we had an excellent experience.

RMK was very punctual throughout the entire process. From the initial consult, to the technical measurements, to the 2 install days and the painting. Everything went smoothly and we could not be happier with our windows. We've noticed a significant different in outside noise (less), A/C running less often and the updated look is astetically pleasing.
